Bob Kaake has worked with Strategic Solutions Research for more than a decade and brings a wealth of strategic programming experience to the team. Bob spent many years as Regional VP/Programming in Chicago for Clear Channel (now iHeartMedia), in addition to Operations Manager positions at WNUA-FM/Chicago, which at that time was a consistent winner 12+ and 25-54. Bob was also Operations Manager at WLIT-FM, which he revived from being a struggling AC outlet to a consistent top-3 performer. Prior to joining Clear Channel (now iHeartMedia), Bob was Vice President/Programming for Viacom Broadcasting and oversaw programming at Viacom's stations in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Detroit, Washington and Seattle.

Kevin formed the company in 1998 when he saw a need for a company to specialize in strategic marketing for media brands that is detailed and thorough but easy to understand and actionable. Today, our team has a solid track record of experience in US markets of all sizes and 24 countries around the world. Kevin's experience also includes serving as VP/ Music Strategy & Implementation for AMFM which at the time owned 450 stations across the USA. The primary focus for Kevin in this role was helping with the development of strategic research and monitoring the implementation of music strategy for AMFM's top 30 markets, including New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, Dallas, Houston, Boston, Philadelphia and Chicago. Additionally, Kevin was asked to launch the strategic unit AMFM's internal research division, which did work in the top 30 US radio markets as well as working with external clients in Europe, South America and Asia. Kevin was a partner in The Research Group, a pioneering media research agency in the 80's and 90's and was at the forefront developing many of the media research techniques still in use today.
