Ali resides in Huntington, WV. She graduated from the Mountwest Vet Tech program in 2020. Ali has been with Stonecrest since November of 2021.

Allie is from Catlettsburg, KY, but currently resides in Huntington, WV. She has been with Stonecrest since May of 2016. Allie enjoys client-patient interactions, learning new technical skills, and the fun atmosphere at Stonecrest. Outside of work, Allie is very involved with her church. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, her family, and her boxer, Gretchen.

Charlie is originally from New Jersey, but has been in Huntington, WV for over 40 years. While Charlie has been a long-term client at Stonecrest, he has been our weekend kennel attendant since 2013. Outside of work, Charlie enjoys spending time with his wife and 6 dogs, Kitsi, Angel, Mr. Dog, Joker, Zoe, and Cooper. He also enjoys participating in agility and dog shows.

CJ resides in East Lynn, WV. She has been with Stonecrest since August of 2016. Her favorite part of working at Stonecrest is building relationships with clients and their pets. Outside of work, CJ enjoys being outdoors, riding side by sides and playing with her many animals. She also loves spending quality time with her husband, son, and daughter.

Dr. Hillard is originally from Jacksonville, Florida where she was born and raised. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida. Dr. Hillard then moved to St. Kitts to achieve her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Ross University. She returned to the University of Florida for her clinical year of veterinary school. After graduating in 2014, she started working as a veterinarian at Chimney Lakes Animal Hospital in Jacksonville, where she had also previously worked as a veterinary technician since 2003. Dr. Hillard practices small animal medicine with a fondness for pocket pets. She relocated to Ashland, KY in January 2021 with her husband, James. Since arriving, she started working at Stonecrest Animal Medical Center and Ceredo-Kenova Animal Clinic. Dr. Hillard enjoys every aspect of veterinary medicine, but has a fondness for surgery, internal medicine and nutrition. In her spare time, Dr. Hillard enjoys spending time with her husband, niece and nephew. They frequent Carter Caves and other hiking areas with their two Mastiffs. They also share their home with two cats. When she's not spending time outdoors, she also loves to read and play video games.

Dr. Johnson was born and raised in Saint Albans, WV. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University, and went on to graduate from veterinary school at The Ohio State University. After school, she returned to WV, and practiced both large and small animal medicine for 3 years, before making the switch to small animal exclusive. She purchased Stonecrest Animal Medical Center, and Ceredo Kenova Animal Clinic in January 2016, and feels very fortunate to have become a part of such a fantastic team! Dr. Johnson enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, but has a special interest in internal medicine cases, auto-immune disorders, and chemotherapy.

Dr. Smith is from Huntington, WV. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University. Dr. Smith joined our team in November 2017, after being a licensed psychologist for 24 years. While she enjoys every aspect of veterinary medicine, she is particularly interested in the human-animal bond, client relationships, and educating clients on general healthcare of their pets.

Jason was born and raised in Huntington, and has been a Stonecrest employee for over 35 years! That means he began working at Stonecrest when he was only 13 years old. Jason enjoys enriching his relationships with long term clients and patients, and assisting in surgery. He also helps maintain our facility.

Jaycee is from Lavalette, WV. She has been an employee of Stonecrest since May of 2020. She started with us as a veterinary assistant, but is now part of the front office team. Jaycee enjoys client and patient interactions.

Karen has been a member of the Huntington, WV community for most of her life. Karen is a familiar face for many of our clients, and has been the Stonecrest office manager since 1991. When not taking care of our clients and their pets, she enjoys her dog Ruby, as well as her 2 cats, Polly and Finn.

Meredith currently lives in West Hamlin, WV. Meredith has been with Stonecrest since October of 2016. She has worked in the vet field since 2012. She enjoys working with critical care patients and doing labwork. In Meredith's free time, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with her husband and 2 children. She has 1 dog, Elsa and 1 cat, Stewart.

Olivia is from Wayne, WV. She has been a kennel attendant at Stonecrest since May of 2018. Her time is devoted to providing the best care to our boarders.

Sierra is from Hurricane, WV and has worked with us since June of 2020. Sierra enjoys meeting all of the new faces and playing with puppies and kittens. In her free time, you can find Sierra at the barn, or a horse show. She shows American Saddlebreds and registered Racking Horses. She has two dogs, Trigger and Mia.
