Cheri Mullins has been working for the firm since 1989, and is a paralegal to Denise Terry and F. Braxton (Brack) Terry, and was a paralegal to the late Charles R. Terry. Cheri's duties include transcription, dictation (yes she still does shorthand), correspondence, lot and lots of pleadings, organizing and maintaining the files and scheduling depositions, mediations and trials. She loves her work family and enjoys meeting the clients and helping them through their cases.
Cheri is originally from eastern Kentucky but has been a Tennessean since 1989. Her family includes her sons, Kevin and his wife Casee; Mike and his wife, Andrea and their children - the best grandchildren in the world, Chandler and Abbi. As you can tell, Cheri is a very proud grandmother.
Cheri's entire family followed her from eastern Kentucky to east Tennessee, although they continue to be loyal Kentucky Wildcat fans. Cheri is an active member of Manley Baptist Church. Cheri enjoys her family and friends as well as Kentucky basketball, "junking", reading, traveling, crafting, plays, cross-stitching and anything with her grandchildren.
Cheri earned her A.S. in Legal Secretaryship at Prestonsburg Community College (a division of University of Kentucky) in 1977.

Christina has been with The Terry Law Firm since February 2013 working on Social Security Disability cases. Christina has developed significant expertise working with clients to file applications, reconsideration requests, and requests for hearings. With her experience and teamwork with the Terry Law Firm paralegals in our Greeneville Office, Christina has increased the "on the record" successes for our disability clients.
In Christina's spare time, she rides and trains hunter jumper horses. She is a member of AQHA and ETHJA Horse Associations. Christina also enjoys hiking, backpacking, candle making and cheering for the Tennessee Vols.

Chuck Terry has been working for The Terry Law Firm for about 20 years. Chuck is a legal assistant and investigator, and he takes the initial interviews of all of our clients. He is also responsible for investigating each case, ordering medical records, and staying in constant contact with clients.

has a passion for justice and serving others that was instilled in her from a very young age. As a small child she would go to her Father, Charles Terry's Law office on Saturday mornings and listen as he worked and met with his clients. Thus, her love affair with the law began.
Denise worked with her Father, Charles Terry since June 1982 and continued working with him until his death in May 2009. During their 28-year partnership they tried hundreds of jury trials both civil and criminal and assisted thousands of people in the Lakeway Area who had been seriously injured or wrongly accused. Charlie Terry always told his daughter that we "…proudly represent the man behind the plow…" Denise enjoys every day that she has the opportunity to assist the people of this community.
Realizing her moral obligation to give to the community that she loves, she has been a dedicated community servant. She served as The President of Morristown Area Chamber of Commerce, as a board member for various community organization and volunteer positions at her church. Denise has enjoyed participating in fundraising efforts for Helen Ross McNabb, Young Life, All Saints Episcopal School, HC Excel, Girls, Inc., ALPS Adult Day Services, Food on Foot and many other worthy community organizations.
She is honored to serve as a Director of The Andrew Johnson Bank.
Denise Terry was invited to participate on numerous occasions The Masters in Trial Program that is presented by the Tennessee Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates in Nashville. Only a few well renowned attorneys from across the nation were asked to participate in this mock trial demonstration. This seminar is designed to teach by example with outstanding trial lawyers with different styles. Attorneys who are just beginning their trial practice and seasoned veterans who appreciate observing new ideas and methods attend to hear the "best of the best" in trial lawyers.

Diana Newsome has been with The Terry Law Firm since 2012. She works in client relations.
Diana is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in Marketing and Business Management. She has also pursued Graduate Studies at the University of Tennessee and Ball State University.
Diana is married to Tom Newsome and they have a daughter, Sydney, and two dogs, Brewster and Lennox.
Diana and her family are members of First United Methodist Church of Morristown. She is an avid University of Kentucky Wildcats fan, and enjoys the Tennessee Lake Life, cooking, hiking, and traveling.

Dillon Parker joined The Terry Law Firm as an attorney in 2018 after graduating from the University of Tennessee College of Law.

Attorney F. Braxton "Brack" Terry has the legal skill, integrity, and trial experience to offer a high level of professional services to all of our East Tennessee clients. He strongly believes in the importance of strengthening and preserving civil advocacy throughout Tennessee's legal community.
Growing up, Brack was fortunate to practice with his Dad for over 10 years. Brack says his Dad was one of the best trial lawyers to ever walk into a courtroom. His experience working with Charlie Terry gave him the experience he needed to be successful.

Kaylin Miller is a paralegal who has worked with the Terry Law Firm since 2008.
Kaylin came to the law firm after earning her degree in paralegal studies from Walter State Community College in December 2007. Kaylin is well trained in Social Security disability benefits, along with personal injury, and criminal defense.
Kaylin is responsible for preparing cases for court hearings, and scheduling matters, in addition to attending to a variety of other duties that keep the office running smoothly.
"I see myself as being here to help our clients get through this difficult time in their life and to make them comfortable. Also, it is important for our clients to know that we are doing our best on every single aspect of their case."
Kaylin is married to Josh Miller and a proud mom to Garrett two four-legged children, Chocolate Labs, Rocko and Lucy. She enjoys going to car shows and race tracks on the weekends as well as spending time with friends and families.

Lisa Caddell is a paralegal who joined The Terry Law Firm in 2011. She focuses on personal injury, products liability and workers' compensation cases at the firm.
Lisa is primarily responsible for communication with clients, obtaining and maintaining medical records, keeping case files continuously updated and ensuring the cases move forward smoothly.
Through her prior work experience in the corporate domain, she has gained a unique understating of client care. "I always try to put myself in our client's situation, and try to help them the best I can."
Lisa earned her Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from Tusculum College, and an Associates of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Walter's State Community College.
Lisa is married to Rick Caddell. She has a daughter Nicole, a stepdaughter, Morgan, and a stepson, Logan. During her off time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and spoiling her two cats.

Michelle first joined The Terry Law Firm in spring of 2020 and after a brief hiatus, has rejoined the firm, much to our delight, in 2023. She currently serves as the Client Relations Specialist for our law firm. She is the first person to welcome our clients when they enter our office or call to make an appointment.
"I love meeting our clients and getting to know them. It's rewarding to see the positive results at the end of a case for our clients," Michelle says.
Born in Eastern Tennessee, Michelle was raised in Jacksonville, Florida, before returning home to Tennessee in 2017. Michelle's interests include football, cooking, and being outdoors, preferably near the water.

Teresa Templin is a life-long member of the Morristown community. She is a Paralegal to the Firm in the downtown Morristown office. Teresa studied at Walters State Community College and has many years of educational and medical transcription/record experience. She lives in the Witt community with her husband, Gary Templin, daughter Abbygail, two cats, and one dog. Her main hobby is singing and has traveled with a gospel group for several years in the past. Now, she serves in many aspects at her home church, Witt Baptist Church of Morristown, and sings throughout East Tennessee by invitation.
When asked what the favorite part of her job is, the response is definitely obtaining the best possible outcome for her clients. Teresa has a down-to-earth approach and cares for the physical, emotional, and financial welfare of each client. She also enjoys the family atmosphere at The Terry Law Firm. She feels that the attorneys and support staff at the firm strive to help people at desperate times in their lives. The collective goal is for our clients to leave our firm in a better place and feeling pleased with a job well done.
