At present, 20% of all Medicare claims transactions that are filed electronically go through software that Drew has tested, and every credit card transaction paid to LifeTouch National School Studios is processed by software that Drew designed and built. Rich is a college admissions and placement professional. His research focuses on ways to integrate predictive analytics and digital technologies into the college recruitment and selection processes. He has advanced training in statistical modeling, including Hierarchical Linear Modeling, and has used analytical techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness in various aspects of enrollment management, including market positioning, student retention, segmented recruitment models, and student search.
