Amy C. Bohutinsky (age 47) has been a member of our Board since October 2018. Ms. Bohutinsky has served as a consultant and venture partner for funds at TCV, a private equity and venture capital firm, since June 2019. Ms. Bohutinsky previously held a number of leadership roles with Zillow Group, including Chief Operating Officer from August 2015 until January 2019, Chief Marketing Officer from March 2011 to August 2015, Vice President of Marketing and Communications from September 2010 to March 2011, Vice President of Communications between August 2008 and September 2010, and Director of Communications between August 2005 and August 2008.

April Underwood Zillow

April Underwood (age 41) has served as a member of the Board since February 2017. Ms. Underwood co-founded #ANGELS, a women-owned and operated angel-investing collective focused on helping grow technology start-ups in 2015 and continues to serve as a founding partner. Previously, she served in multiple leadership roles at Slack Technologies, Inc., a cloud-based software company that builds professional collaboration tools, including Chief Product Officer from March 2018 to February 2019, as vice president of product from December 2015 to March 2018, and as head of platform from July 2015 to December 2015. Following her tenure at Slack, Ms. Underwood served as founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nearby HQ from May 2020 to December 2021; as a venture partner at Obvious Ventures, a private venture capital firm, from March 2020 to December 2021, and as founder and Chief Executive Officer of Wise Owl, a growth advisory company, from November 2019 to December 2021. Prior to joining Slack Technologies, Inc., she was director of product at Twitter, Inc., a social media and communications company, from April 2010 to February 2015. Prior to joining Twitter, Inc., Ms. Underwood held various product and engineering roles at Google, Travelocity, and Intel.

Brad Owens - Chief Legal Officer

As general counsel of Zillow Group, Brad oversees all of the company's legal affairs including corporate governance, partnership agreements, litigation and compliance matters. Before joining Zillow in 2012, Brad was an associate at Perkins Coie LLP, focusing on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and public securities offerings. While at Perkins Coie, Brad acted as the lead associate on Zillow's 2011 initial public offering. Prior to that, Brad was special counsel in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Market Regulation. In 2013, Puget Sound Business Journal named Brad Outstanding Corporate Counsel Rising Star, followed by Outstanding General Counsel in 2016. Brad earned his Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Claire Cormier Thielke

Ms. Thielke (age 36) has served as a member of the Board since October 2020. Ms. Thielke is Senior Managing Director of Hines, a privately held real estate investment, development and management firm. Since joining the firm in 2009, Ms. Thielke has held various roles, including serving as Chief Operating Officer of Investment Management for Hines from 2013 through 2018. She is also a member of Stanford University's adjunct faculty, lecturing on the intersection of technology, institutional investment, and real estate assets. Ms. Thielke served on boards including Memorial City Bank, a privately held bank, from 2011 to 2015 where she was chair of the audit committee and the board of Legacy Community Health, a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Clinic system, from 2010 to 2018, and the board of Buffalo Bayou Partnership, a non-profit organization, from 2011 to 2019.

Dan Spaulding - CHRO

As chief people officer of Zillow Group, Dan leads the company's people operations, including human resources, recruiting, equity & belonging, learning and development, organizational and talent strategy, and workplace experience. He focuses on creating solutions and programs to attract, engage, develop and inspire Zillow Group's talented employees across its offices nationwide. Prior to joining Zillow Group, Dan was vice president of U.S. Stores and Operations and Human Resources for Starbucks, where his team drove support and strategy for over 8,000 stores and 140,000 employees nationwide. Before Starbucks, Dan held various leadership roles on human resources teams at Life Technologies and Dell, Inc. Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Knox College and currently serves on its Board of Trustees. He also earned a Master of Science in Human Resources and Industrial and Labor Relations from the University of Illinois.

David Beitel - CTO

As chief technology officer of Zillow Group, David oversees the internal and external technical engineering, product development, and technology operations teams. David joined Zillow in 2005 as a member of the founding team and is one of the company's first executive leaders. In addition to his role as CTO, David helped develop and build Zillow from a small startup to a household name and was named the region's Most Innovative CTO by Puget Sound Business Journal in 2012. Prior to Zillow, David was CTO of Expedia, where he joined as one of its earliest team members and spent 12 years. David started his career at Microsoft in the handheld computing group. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Cornell University. He is a board trustee and advisor with a number of advocacy, education and charitable organizations, including Cornell University CIS, University Prep, and T4A.org.

Dr. Skylar Olsen

Dr. Skylar Olsen was a foundational member of Zillow Economic Research, and her return to Zillow in July, 2022 strengthens that team of economists and analysts who provide unbiased data and analyses about the housing market to inform policymakers, journalists, academics and consumers. Skylar was at Zillow from 2012 to 2020, most recently as senior principal economist. In the past two years, she's built and supported public-facing economic and data programs in Prop/FinTech through Reimagine Economics, a consultancy she founded, and was head of economics at Tomo, a digital mortgage startup. She earned her PhD in economics from the University of Washington, where she now teaches real estate evolution and disruption.

Erik Blachford

Erik Blachford (age 55) has served on the Board since May 2005. Mr. Blachford is an independent venture capital investor and advisor, with a primary focus on consumer technology and travel companies. He founded Blachford Capital LLC in 2021. Mr. Blachford also serves as a partner at Narrative Fund Management LLC, a private venture capital firm, since November 2019, and has consulted as a venture partner at TCV since March 2011. He previously served on the board of directors of Peloton Interactive, Inc., an interactive fitness platform, from April 2015 until December 2021. Prior to 2015, Mr. Blachford was also an active independent investor in a variety of early-stage private companies and has held other leadership and board of director positions at various other publicly and privately held companies.

Errol Samuelson

As the chief industry development officer of Zillow Group, Errol is responsible for the company's real estate industry relations strategy, business-to-business product development, new construction and display advertising businesses, and Zillow Canada. Errol brings more than 25 years of experience in the technology and real estate sectors, helping inform Zillow's evolution of its relationship with the real estate industry from customers to partners. He was named one of Inman News' 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders in the U.S. for seven consecutive years, and he ranked No. 19 on the Swanepoel Power 200 list of most powerful people in U.S. residential real estate in 2019. Before joining Zillow Group in 2014, Errol held various leadership roles at Move, Inc., including chief strategy officer, chief revenue officer, and leader of Move's business-to-business software group. From 2007 to 2014, he was also president of Realtor.com, where he was responsible for their new construction and display media businesses. Prior to these roles, Errol co-founded real estate consultancy Pranix and was director of sales and product management in the real estate, mortgage banking, and law enforcement verticals at GTE Enterprise Solutions. He also was one of the original designers of T-III, a groundbreaking system that introduced interactive mapping and Internet networking to the multiple listing service business. Errol earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science: Electronics Engineering from Simon Fraser University, graduating with honors.

Gordon Stephenson (age 56) has served as a member of the Board since May 2005. Mr. Stephenson is the co-founder and has been the Managing Broker of Real Property Associates ("RPA"), an independent real estate brokerage in the Pacific Northwest, since its inception in 1991. Prior to founding RPA, Mr. Stephenson was an associate broker with Prudential MacPhersons and Windermere Real Estate, both of which are real estate sales and brokerage companies based in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Stephenson has served on the board of directors of Anchor Bancorp, a bank holding company, and its wholly owned subsidiary, Anchor Bank, a community-based savings bank, from September 2016 to November 2018.

Jay C. Hoag (age 63) has served as a member of the Board since October 2005. Mr. Hoag co-founded TCV, a private equity and venture capital firm, in 1995 and continues to serve as a Founding General Partner. He has also been involved in a large number of technology investments including Airbnb, Altiris (acquired by Symantec), Ascend Communications (acquired by Lucent Technologies), CNET, Expedia, Facebook, Fandango (acquired by Comcast), Intuit, Netflix, Peloton and Sybase, among others. Jennifer Rock - CFO

Since starting at Zillow prior to its initial public offering in 2011, Jennifer has helped lead the S-1 drafting process and shepherd the company through the acquisition of Trulia, while managing the preparation of every financial filing the company has made since becoming a publicly traded company. Prior to becoming chief accounting officer, Jennifer held several leadership positions in financial reporting, technical accounting, compliance, and financial planning and analysis. Before joining Zillow Group, Jennifer worked in the audit practice at KPMG. She earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Accountancy from Gonzaga, where she graduated summa cum laude.

Jenny Arden

Jenny is a veteran design leader known for bringing new, large-scale initiatives to life. Over her 20-year career, Jenny has served on design leadership teams at Nike, Lyft and Airbnb and executed design projects for Google, IDEO, Razorfish, JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs. Her multifaceted experience spans consumer technology, user experience, brand, business strategy, and financial services. Jenny earned a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Brown University. Jeremy Hofmann - CFO

Prior to joining Zillow Group in 2017, Jeremy was a vice president at Goldman Sachs in their investment banking division, covering technology, media and telecom sectors across private and public companies, closing over $40 billion in transactions during his tenure. Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on finance from Georgetown University, where he graduated cum laude.

Before joining Zillow in 2009, Jeremy led marketing and product management efforts at Microsoft in Xbox and mobile, and Trilogy Software, a pioneer in e-commerce software. Jeremy also advises startup and growth companies, having served as a board director for Rover.com and Room77, as well as an advisor to companies including Dollar Shave Club and GoFundMe. Jeremy's leadership has earned him several accolades, most recently ranking as the 14th most powerful person in real estate in the 2021 Swanepoel Power 200. He was also named one of Seattle Business Magazine's Leaders to Watch in 2021 and received the Puget Sound Business Journal's 2020 Executive Excellence Award. Susan Daimler - President

Susan's previous roles at Zillow Group include senior vice president of Zillow Premier Agent and general manager of StreetEasy. Susan joined Zillow Group in October 2012 after the company acquired Buyfolio, a co-shopping platform for real estate agents and their homebuyers that she co-founded in 2009. Prior to Buyfolio, Susan co-founded the award-winning travel website SeatGuru, which was acquired by Expedia in 2007. Susan earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Johns Hopkins University and currently sits on its board of trustees. She also sits on the board of directors for Pubmatic, a publicly traded global digital advertising company.
