Job Titles:
- Sales ( UK ) & Technical Manager
Ajay joined DormFresh Ltd in April 2015 and is responsible for providing specialist technical support for all products and storage.
Ajay brings 24 years of experience in storage research and development from Potato Council Sutton Bridge together with a wealth of knowledge in the Potato Industry particularly with Sprout Suppression, Processing Quality and Storage. Ajay has been working and experimenting with 1,4DMN since 1999. Working closely with Dr Harry Duncan and 1,4GROUP, Inc., Ajay helps to support DormFresh Ltd in all its research and development projects.
Ajay is based predominantly in Lincolnshire and covers the UK, Europe and surrounding Countries.

- Global Research, Development & Innovation Director
Bernhard joined DormFresh Ltd on 1st June 2016. Today he is the Global Research, Development and Innovation Director.
Over the years, Bernhard, has enabled business growth and expansion in many European countries specialising in Crop Protection. His role within the industry has taken him overseas to the USA, Latin America and many countries in the Far East.
Having worked for FCS, Belchim, Sumitomo Corporation and Helm AG, Bernhard brings with him a wealth of experience from within the Agro Chemical marketplace.

- Global Strategic Marketing Manager
Fabian joined DormFresh Limited in July 2023 as our Global Strategic Marketing Manager and is based in Germany. Fabian brings the combined knowledge of Marketing and Sales from his former roles. Beginning his career with Belchim Crop Protection as a Trainee and progressing as a Marketing Coordinator. In 2019 Fabian expanded his role and moved into Sales. Fabian has worked with 1,4SIGHT during his previous roles for more than 5 years, as he launched and led the marketing campaign for 1,4SIGHT market introduction in Germany and later in Sales worked closely advising customers on the product directly.

- Head of Technical Department
Henning joined DormFresh in August 2019 and is responsible for managing the technical department in Europe.
He began his career as a practicing farmer, before being responsible for crop protection in Germany at Zeneca in 1995 and later at Syngenta. From 2002, he was Belchim's senior technical advisor on arable crops with a focus on potato production. During this time he has established his experience for the European potato industry.
Henning will be responsible in Europe for all the necessary technical aspects of all DormFresh Ltd products (especially 1.4SIGHT), as well as supporting business development and marketing in all European countries with existing or upcoming registrations.
John began his working career in 1965 at Industrial Ventilation (IVI). John's responsibilities ranged from sweeping floors to servicing ventilation and refrigeration equipment. In 1979, John left to spend several years overseas as a pilot with Mission Aviation Fellowship.
In 1984, John returned to Idaho and IVI as a salesman for ventilation and refrigeration equipment for potato and onion storages. During this time, John was involved in developing CIPC application technologies for potato sprout inhibition.
In the coming years, at IVI John assumed the roles of Sales Manager, progressing to President of the company. In 1993, John sold his interest in IVI and left to pursue new opportunities in sprout control.
John currently holds the positions of General Manager of 1,4GROUP, Inc., and Director of DormFresh, Ltd.
John joined DormFresh Ltd in January 2023. John will be providing technical support relating to DormFresh products and storage.
John brings 35 years of potato industry experience focusing primarily on storage and sprout control. Based in the Scottish Borders John will be providing Technical support for the UK and European Markets and future research and development projects being undertaken by DormFresh Ltd.

- Office & Logistics Manager
Rachael joined DormFresh Limited in June 2020 as Office and Logistics Manager and is based in our Head Office in Perth, Scotland.
Rachael brings a wealth of experience to DormFresh, having worked in both Private and Public sectors. Her role focuses on the day to day aspects of running the Head Office, whilst supporting our UK and EU based colleagues and also working closely with our US and El Salvador colleagues to ensure a smooth logistics process for our customers.
Steve was raised on a row crop farm in central Minnesota and attended South Dakota State University, majoring in Agronomy while on a football scholarship. Steve joined Green Giant out of college as a Field Rep handling Peas and Sweet Corn in Ripon, Wisconsin. A short 3 years later, he moved into Green Giant Fresh, which was the beginning of his career in potatoes. When Potandon Produce purchased the Green Giant label from Green Giant Fresh in 1995, Steve continued with them and spent 25 years traveling but mostly residing in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He filled many roles there including Packaging Management, Food Safety, Grower/Owner Relations, Procurement in both the onion and potato business, as well as Senior Management. That is just to name a few.
Steve thrives on designing and launching business solutions to improve efficiencies, engaging teams, empowering people and increasing revenues. He continues to excel in building strong relationships with strategic partners as well. Steve currently serves on the Potatoes USA promotion board. There he is serving on the Executive Committee and Co-chair on the Domestic Marketing Committee.
Steve currently holds the position of CEO of 1,4Group, Inc., and DormFresh, Ltd. after joining 1,4GROUP in May of 2020 as Operations Manager
Suzette joined DormFresh Ltd in March 2013 and is responsible for all aspects of Project Management within the company.
Based in the Perth office, Suzette has a strong agricultural and Office Management background and has worked in Switzerland, Chicago and Nantucket (US).

Volker joined DormFresh Limited in March 2020 as our Regulatory Manager and is based in Germany.
Volker is responsible for all Regulatory matters throughout Europe for all DormFresh Ltd products, particularly 1,4SIGHT®
As a Biologist and Soil Scientist, Volker has worked in Regulatory Affairs in different geographical regions for more than 15 years and brings essential knowledge and experience to the team.
