Adrian Burrows

His immediate family have been well known architects, surveyors and engineers in the property industry for over 100 years. During this time the Burrows family designed and built Centre Court and the Royal Balcony at Wimbledon All England Tennis Club, and the Piccadilly Corner Hotel, Picadilly, London, amongst other notable commissions (now known as Hotel Le Me ridien, opposite Fortnum & Mason; www.lemeridienpiccadilly.co.uk/en/gallery). Within Sussex, over the last 50 years, they are best known for owning and developing over 250 exclusive marine residences on or around the "Aldwick Bay Private Marine Estate" and the "Craigweil Private Estate". They are proud that many of these new private roads and new houses are now designated Conservation Areas (www.aldwickbay.com). Adrian Burrows (Land & New Homes Director) trained for 5 years from 1998 until 2003 in architectural planning and development. He specialises in site finding, planning and project management of construction sites in West Sussex and London.

Bertille Guilbert

Bertille Guilbert has been responsible for overseas property, accounts, and day to day property management since 2005. She studied law at the Universite de Sceaux in Paris and Leicester University. She has worked in Brittany in France, Copenhagen in Denmark, and London before joining Regent Property Holdings in West Sussex.

Jennifer C Burrows

Jennifer C Burrows (Management & Lettings Director) started her property career in the 1960's training in residential property management for Crawley New Town. She then worked for a local authority housing department & the Church Commissioners specialising in social housing before working in a large London West end estate agents management department. She now runs her own property company Beachway Management Ltd.(incorporated in 1967), refurbishing and letting properties. Ronald Pattison - Chief Legal Officer

Ronald Pattison (Legal Director) qualified as a Property Lawyer in the 1970's and retired from practising the law in the mid 1990's to progress his own property interests and legal consultancy. During his long career in the property and legal world he has advised many property developers and investors including the property affairs of a national newspaper and its numerous subsidiaries together with the property interests and investments of various national company pension funds.
