Jean-Paul Sénécal, professional engineer, holds a degree in Civil Engineering from l'Université de Montréal, and is a member of l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. As Director of engineering, he plans and directs all aspects of engineering activities and projects within the organization.

Tammy was born and raised in Vermont, where she received her A.S. in Business Administration from Champlain College. She moved to Colorado in 1998 where she raised her 4 wonderful children while volunteering with several non-profit organizations. She returned to Vermont with her family in 2014. She joined the Acabay team in August 2021 as a staff accountant. She quickly became more integral in the day-to-day operations and now coordinates the Facilities team, subcontractors, and vendors on site during repairs and space restructuring. She works with Chris to maintain tenant communications and leasing.
