To get children with special needs on Medicaid in a variety of different ways while providing passionate comprehensive case management to all children with special needs. ARA will continue to support our clients and make the transition from age 18 to adult Medicaid and SSI easy, fast and cost free. A Rise Above works in partnership with the Department of Human Services (DHS), the Social Security Administration (SSA) and Health Care Policy and Finance (HCPF) to facilitate getting our clients on Medicaid and waiver services as quickly as possible... A Rise Above in Colorado Springs provides comprehensive case management services for the Children's Home Community Based Services (C-HCBS).
