Amber Muyres

Amber provides people and operations support for Bloomsburie by working with leadership to implement industry best practices in organizational management and compliance for our remote corporate office and multiple onsite locations. She supports business development initiatives and serves as a human resources liaison for Bloomsburie employees, guiding them through onboarding and providing ongoing professional support. Amber is an M.B.A. candidate at Western New Mexico University and holds a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management. She has an interdisciplinary background managing projects that span sectors for companies in the United States and United Kingdom.

Amy DeVan - CTO

Job Titles:
  • Technical Director
Amy is the Technical Director for Bloomsburie and supports various contracts and corporate initiatives. She has over 25 years of experience in development, over 20 years in programming for the Federal government and commercial clients. Ms. DeVan combines programming, instructional systems design, graphic, video and photographic skills to provide quality services for our clients. In addition, she provides mentorship and process instruction for junior and intermediate level colleagues.

Angel Navarro

Job Titles:
  • Site Manager
Angel has over 8 years of experience with warehouse and manufacturing operations and is a dedicated and driven team member. His experience includes inventory control and accounting procedures. He has also managed the handling, movement, storage and maintenance of ammunition and medical supplies. Angel joined the Army National Guard as a (92Y) Unit Supply Specialist.

Angela Bowden

Job Titles:

Angela provides instructional design expertise and training program management proficiency. She has extensive experience managing large and small training programs for multiple agencies, including DOL, FDA, FEMA, CMS, and DHSS and brings a sound technical knowledge and deep understanding of the issues related to Training Governance and Instructional Design. As an educator, instructional designer and project manager, Angela has a depth of knowledge, both theoretical and practical, that makes her uniquely suited to lead Bloomsburie's training initiatives and efficiently and effectively meet our customer's needs. Angela holds a master's degree in education from the University of Florida and she is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.

Bryan Schiller

Bryan has over 10 years of contract experience working for the Department of Defense. He manages the day-to-day operations for one of our contracts. He works with our onsite government customer to streamline processes and deliver excellent services. Our customer's comments about Bryan's performance includes, "Team leader can see changing needs and solves the issues as they arise immediately. I would give this team the highest rating available. They are present, engaged, and professional."

Carolyn Faucette

Carolyn provides Program Management to our DoE customer. She has over 9 years of experience as a Program Manager, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Her Project Management experience expands across major Retailers and Telecommunications Industries. Carolyn is an expert at building long-lasting relationships with our customers and employees. She is a loving mother, grandmother, avid church goer and community supporter. She attended Trinity University with a focus on Business Administration.

Elizabeth Little

Elizabeth is the Creative Director for Bloomsburie and supports various contracts and corporate initiatives related to training, marketing, and proposals. She has over 20 years of experience in graphic design and over 10 years in the training and development arenas, working for various government contractors within the Northern Virginia area. Elizabeth is well-organized and possesses a combination of creativity, experience, marketing, and technical knowledge to deliver projects ranging from design, marketing, 508 compliance, and training development support. She has a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Marymount University.

Keith Honeycutt

Job Titles:
  • Instructional Systems Designer
Keith is a Naval submarine veteran with over 9 years of experience in training. He has developed curriculum for a wide range of industries and organizations including DOD, DHS, manufacturing, and energy. Keith leverages his unique military and nuclear operations background to create technologically advanced training solutions that are accurate, learner centric, and flexible to fit organizational needs. Keith has experience with a variety of different training products including InDesign, Captivate, and Storyline. He holds a BS in Nuclear Energy Technology from Thomas Edison State University and is currently enrolled in M.Ed program for Learning Design and Technology at the University of South Carolina.

Kinha Lester - President

Margo Weeks

Margo is a project manager with over 15 years of Federal contract and county grant management experience. Most notably, Margo has worked as a program manager for the Department of Defense in the Military Health market, managed communications on a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration contract and coordinated all activities for a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration grant. She supports the firm's Federal Emergency Management Agency contracts and "other duties as assigned." Margo lives near the ocean and enjoys communing with the wildlife in her area. On any given day that can include bald eagles, snowy egrets, alligators, manatees, and dolphins.

Pat Brown

Pat has more than 30 years' experience in the management of multi-million-dollar performance improvement, learning and development, and information technology programs. Programs range from addressing the training and certification needs of national transportation safety programs to developing enterprise performance life cycle frameworks for effective business solutions. Pat is proficient in program management support for major Federal and military acquisition programs, needs assessment and evaluation, web-based and information technology, interactive multimedia development, agile processes, business process reengineering, and marketing and creative services. Pat has a master's in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University where, as an adjunct professor, he also taught graduate courses on Human Performance Technology. Pat is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Seth Chiaro

Seth brings good humor and sound management to our onsite team. He ensures our team is ready to meet our DoD customer's daily and surge requirements. Seth was enlisted in the Army for 9 years with both the National Guard and Army Reserves before retiring from the Reserves. On the weekends, Seth works for the Rhode Island Funeral Detachment.

Sue Ayers

Sue Ayers is an instructional designer who resides in Richmond, VA. She has designed and developed successful training material and robust, engaging online training courses for both large and small organizations. Sue is a graduate of St. Joseph's College where she received a Master's in Education in September, 2014. She holds a bachelor's degree in English from Virginia Commonwealth University. She received a Train the Trainer certification from the University of Richmond Robbins School in 2014 as well. Sue's work history includes training design and development for Circuit City, Virginia Center for Policing Innovation, Capital One, Virginia Premier and Sentara Health Care.
