Having successfully sold land and property in many project categories, including Residential Home Sales, Residential Land, Retirement Living and Land Project Management - Annie's wealth of knowledge and experience is invaluable to purchasers, particularly first home buyers and downsizers.

Brett Williams

Job Titles:
  • Director
Brett is regarded as one of Australia's most accomplished land and project marketers. Brett leads the Connekt team with a track record of innovation and success in marketing broad hectare, infill land development and built form projects. Over the past decade, Brett and his team have contributed to the success of many of South Australia's major urban development projects through the provision of strategic opportunity assessment, planning consultation, marketing coordination and sales.

Greg Moulton

Job Titles:
  • General Manager
Greg joined the Connekt team mid-2017 and brought with him a wealth of experience in business planning, employee management, systems and policies development and implementation, recruitment and finance and business administration, Greg has brought a great passion for motivating staff and building positive workplace culture. Some of Greg's major roles held in the past include CEO of Harris Real Estate, President of the Real Estate Institute (SA & AU), CEO of Harcourts and Board Member of the Adelaide Football Club.

James Gallagher

Job Titles:
  • Project Consultant
James recently completed his Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) to pursue a career in the property development industry and is a welcome addition to the Connekt team. Since commencing in June 2020, James has very quickly developed the skills and knowledge to accurately prepare contracts and understands the procedures for contract administration. James completed his sales training in June 2021 to become a Project Sales Consultant and has already exceeded sales targets and developed an appreciation for delivering excellence in customer service.

Lisa Vallely

Job Titles:

Lisa has a vast amount of experience and knowledge in all facets of land and built form projects including land sales, house and land packages, residential home sales and apartments. Lisa has become one of the industry's most accomplished project sales consultants. Since starting with Connekt in 2010, most of this time has been spent on the Playford Alive and Bowden projects. Lisa is unmatched when it comes to protecting and nurturing the client experience, assisting the purchaser from the initial point of enquiry through to signing the contract, then through to settlement follow ups and maintaining regular personal contact. Working so closely with clients and builders' reps enables Lisa to gain an intrinsic understanding of buyer profiles, providing developers with valuable market intelligence.

Michael Gallagher

Job Titles:

Michael's many years of experience and knowledge in the commercial and residential building industries, including property development and business management, enables him to provide expert advice and management during all phases of a project. Michael started in the real estate and development industry in 1992 as a project consultant specialising in the sale of land development projects throughout the metropolitan area, achieving sales records and becoming the go-to person in Adelaide for all builders' reps looking to access land for their clients. In 1998, his skills and knowledge saw him appointed to the position of General Manager for the Pickard Group's newly created land development company Land SA (now Fairland). Assisting in establishing the business from its infancy, together with the Managing Director Gordon Pickard, Land SA became recognised as Adelaide's leading development company. Roles included sourcing land development opportunities, negotiating purchase and working with planners, engineers and sales agents to deliver some of Adelaide's most successful land developments.

Richard Joy

Richard is Connekt's Project Team Leader for the Hills and Southern Zone of SA. He has a proven history in the real estate industry in both selling residential property and new land developments. With over 35 years' experience in sales and management roles across several industries, Richard has dedicated himself to providing complete customer satisfaction. He is the epitome of what it means to go the extra mile for a client.

Robert Coulls

  • Senior Project Consultant
With 15 years' experience in the property industry and 12 in the management of sales and marketing in major residential land developments, Robert has developed a deep affinity with his clients, many returning to purchase second and third allotments with him. Robert works closely with the Adelaide Development Company as a senior member of the Connekt team, bringing sales experience and dedication to customer relationships to help form a long-term vision for residential living in the state. Sue Partington

Sue has been in the real estate industry since 1997 and is a qualified and licenced property management agent. Her commitment to the management processes and the thoroughness of her approach during her time in the property management industry has secured the respect of the property industry. Proactive, efficient and highly professional, Sue's vigilance helps to provide solutions for clients and fellow team members, and her effective communication skills are key to consistently good relations. Having her Diploma in Graphic Design has provided her with a good understanding of Marketing & Design concepts. Having been responsible for general office management and trust account procedures, provides the necessary administration skills to assist with the day to day operations and management of the busy office here at Connekt.
