With over 15 years of Search experience to draw upon, Francis brings deep experience and understanding of International Corporate and Investment banking across the EMEA region. Considerable relationships across the MENA region having spent 16 years living in Iran and the UAE. Successfully managed to completion multiple Executive level mandates to include; Director to Managing Director to Country Head of Structured Finance, Project Finance, Global Trade Finance, Corporate Coverage, Debt and Equity Capital Markets. Broadly responsible for senior appointments within Corporate and Investment banking.

Laura graduated with a BA from Dublin Institute of Technology in Tourism Management. Following her graduation, she moved to Dubai and spent two years working within the Aviation Industry. Upon returning home to Dublin in 2018, Laura joined a recruitment firm as a Talent Resourcer focusing on a wide range of roles throughout the Insurance and Accounting sector.
Laura joined Capital Markets in 2020 and specializes in placing Portfolio Managers and Senior Analysts in to Multi-Strategy Platforms, Tech Trading Firms, Asset Managers & Sovereign wealth funds across Europe and the US.

Rowen Rossiter established and leads our Legal Search division. Following a successful career as a Sound Engineer, Rowen returned to college and received a first-class honours degree in Business & Management from Maynooth University. Rowen joined the legal team of a boutique recruitment firm where he quickly advanced to Senior Consultant specialising in placing legal staff abroad as well as working the local market. Rowen joined the team at Capital Markets in early 2017, specialising in executive search for legal professionals covering Private Practice and In-House positions from NQ to Partner level across various jurisdictions domesticity and internationally.

Suzanna was born and raised in California where she received her BA from the University of California, Berkeley. Upon completion of her degree, she moved to Ireland and completed her MSc in Business and Management at Trinity College Dublin. She has a great interest in Corporate and Investment Banking, Asset management, and investment strategies. Having lived in three countries, Suzanna demonstrates a natural ability for cross-border talent acquisition, and international recruiting.

Tanya graduated with a Bachelor of Social Science and MBS from UCD and worked initially with PWC Corporate Finance in Dublin. It is while living in Sydney for 10 years that Tanya honed her recruitment skills in the areas of Banking and Funds Management. Tanya enjoys a blended role - managing recruitment and developing recruitment teams, account management while also actively recruiting at senior levels across a range of Banking, Finance and HR roles for domestic and International clients. Tanya is passionate about her career in recruitment and gets huge enjoyment from placing the right person in the right role in the right company!

Tom graduated from Dublin City University with a Bachelor of Business Studies degree, specialising in Finance. As part of his degree, Tom worked with KKR (formerly Avoca Capital) as an Analyst.
Following the completion of his undergraduate degree, Tom joined an executive search firm in Dublin covering senior level mandates across the Alternative Investment sector, predominantly within Hedge Funds & Asset Management. Tom's recruitment experience has been global, with a track record of executing mandates in New York, London, Abu Dhabi and at home in Dublin.
He joined Capital Markets in October 2018 and focuses working with some of the leading European investment firms in their hiring across Equities, Fixed Income, Credit & Real Estate. He believes in adopting a pragmatic, honest and thorough approach to recruitment and prides himself on effective engagement and consistent delivery of both client & candidate's needs.
