Both Castlegate and Church Street surgeries are family GP practices offering medical services, clinics, travel advice, immunisations, health checks, family planning and maternity care... Castlegate was established in 1975, originally based in Church Street, Hertford. The practice grew and in 1987 we relocated to our current premises in Castle Street near the centre of town... All of our GPs are committed to offering a professional service to individuals and families. With the support of the teams across both surgeries, we are able to offer a wide range of services including clinics for chronic disease care, childhood vaccinations, antenatal and postnatal care, travel advice/immunisations and adult health checks.
