Jason Kielau - Chief Commercial Officer

Jason is the Chief Commercial Officer and member of the Senior Leadership Team for Colliers Project Leaders, Canada's leading capital project solutions company. He has over 20 years experience in the construction industry and has delivered innovative construction solutions to clients in the industrial, energy, commercial, and institutional sectors throughout Canada and globally. In previous roles, Jason led teams delivering innovative solutions for capital project delivery, including alternative delivery models such as Public-Private Partnership (P3), Integrated Project Delivery and Progressive Design Build. He is a passionate advocate for innovation in the construction industry and has supported clients utilizing prefabrication, modular, mass timber and offshore manufacturing, including the largest modular P3 project delivered in Canada. Jason has brought his cross-sectoral experience to a variety of leadership positions, including assignments in Canada, the United Kingdom, Hungary and Chile.

Olivia MacAngus - CEO, President

Olivia is the President and CEO of Colliers Project Leaders, an industry-leading Canadian professional services company, delivering advisory and project management solutions across the built environment. She is also part of the Colliers Canada senior leadership team. Olivia is committed to enabling meaningful reconciliation with Indigenous communities, through the creation of an inclusive and diverse workplace, commitment to creating capacity in First Nations communities and development of advisory solutions that enable equitable ownership in economic infrastructure assets. Colliers Project Leaders is PAR-committed and a proud First Nations Major Projects Coalition Sustaining Partner. In previous roles, Olivia has built a broad base of experience in the Canadian infrastructure sector, working with owner, developer, investor, advisor and political stakeholder teams. She has 20 years of experience in business, infrastructure, procurement and government, and is a regular contributor to expert panels on infrastructure topics. She is the Founding Chair of the industry think-tank Future of Infrastructure Group and was named one of the Globe and Mail's 2022 Best Executives in Canada.

Vivian Karaiskos - CFO

Vivian is the Chief Financial Officer for Colliers Project Leaders. Bringing over 25 years of experience to this role, Vivian leads the Finance and Accounting, Information Technology and Operations Management teams. Instrumental to her success is Vivian's expertise at strategic planning and business transformation in complex environments. Prior to joining Colliers Project Leaders, Vivian held senior executive roles in several industries, including environmental consulting, telecom, and real estate development.

Yamin Shihab - Managing Director
