Dr. Lalancette holds a Ph.D. (Chemistry) from Université of Montréal (1960). He is a professor Emeritus of the Université de Sherbrooke and the author of more than 40 patents related to mineral chemistry and problem solving in environmental science. His contributions have been acknowledged by several awards, including the Manning Award in 1985 for the development of a safer form of asbestos. Dr. Lalancette, co-founder of the Corporation, was a director and Vice-President, Development of the Corporation until his retirement in February 2015.

Mr. Tardif holds a Bachelor of Materials Engineering and Metallurgy at Laval University, obtained in 1996. He has more than twenty years experience in the field of extractive metallurgy and has held various positions as a plant engineer and plant manager. He also participated in the scale-up and implementation of a new metallurgical process on an industrial scale.

Mr. Mai holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Quebec in Montreal and over 15 years' experience in the mining industry as a geologist, senior project manager and executive in coal, base metals and gold projects in Canada, Australia and South America. Mr. Mai has been with the Corporation since 2013, and with strong business oriented, geochemistry, gold metallurgy and processing skills, he has been a key player in the development of the Corporation's ongoing and future projects. Mr. Mai is a Professional Geologist and a member, in good standing, of l'Ordre des Géologues du Québec ("OGQ").

Mr. Jacob is Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of NCP Investment Management. He is a graduate from the Faculty of Law of Laval University and a member of the Quebec Bar since 1995. Mr. Jacob has more than twenty years of corporate finance, mergers and advisory experience and has been involved as lead advisor in numerous transactions including mergers and acquisition, going public transactions, financing and governance best practices implementation. Mr. Jacob has experience as board member of several public companies.

Mr. Arved Marin is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) with over 10 years experience in the minerals industry. Mr. Marin was the Corporate Controller of Creso Exploration until its acquisition by the Corporation in April 2014 and he held this position until his appointment as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Marin has served as Corporate Controller of several public companies in the minerals industry having operations in Canada and Latin America and has served as interim CFO of Dia Bras Exploration during 2009. Previously, Mr. Marin worked for 6 years as a financial auditor, Assurance and Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Marin is a graduate of Concordia University.

Mr. Brent Johnson is an accredited environmental scientist with a postgraduate degree and over 20 years' experience assessing and managing the ESG risks of a diversity of energy, waste, chemical, mining and oil & gas projects. Mr. Johnson spent 2010 to 2017 with Dundee Precious Metals, principally focusing on ESG risks at their Namibian smelter - most notably significant volumes of legacy & operational arsenic trioxide. Working with stakeholders, authorities, independent experts and innovative technology providers like DST, Mr. Johnson played a leadership role in understanding & mitigating this risk. He remains deeply connected to Africa and has experience in over 25 countries on the continent, as well as more broadly in Brazil, Indonesia & Canada. He has published several papers on arsenic trioxide & other ESG aspects germane to the mining sector. Mr. Johnson has a long history with DST and is excited to join the group at this critical stage of their development, commercialising GlassLock and CLEVR & building green minerals technology for the global industry. Core to his role is ensuring and enhancing environmental performance & broader sustainability adherence of DST and its technologies, in addition to developing project opportunities globally.
Dr. Kondos is an accomplished professional and holds a PhD on Pressure Leaching in Hydrometallurgical Engineering from McGill University, Montreal, Quebec. Dr. Kondos' career has been devoted in transforming organizations through innovation and delivering highly effective technology solutions within Barrick Gold, Inco (Vale), and Noranda (Glencore). The ability to adjust to working environments and work in teams, while creating long term roadmaps foster value creation in a sustainable way. He is the co-founder of YaKum Innovative Mining Consultants.

Mr. Howes is a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario and holds a Honours Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mining Engineering from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. He has over 40 years' experience in the mining industry in Canada, Europe, Asia and Africa in base and precious metals, and in various capacities including Engineering and Design, Operations and Maintenance supervision, Site and Plant management, Business Unit Management and Executive Global Management. Mr. Howes was Dundee Precious Metals' General Manager and Executive Director of Chelopech Mining EAD from 2009 to 2010, Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer from 2010 to 2013 and President and Chief Executive Officer from 2013 to 2020. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Hudbay Minerals and Torex Gold Resources.
Throughout his career, Mr. Howes has been closely associated with the practices that make for world-class mining operations including Inco's North mine which won the 2006 Ryan Award as the safest mine in Canada. A key theme of Mr. Howes' career is pushing to innovate in the mining business. He was recognized with the 2016 Outstanding Innovator Award, presented by the International Mining Technology Hall of Fame for his work with DPM at their Chelopech mine. He introduced an operational performance project called Taking the Lid Off that combined communication and location technologies, providing real-time production management and tracking to better monitor production and control. Mr. Howes' visionary and practical implementation fundamentally changed their mining operational management.
