Dr. Michael Bracy is a retired School Superintendent with over 30 years as a teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, Director of Instruction, Education Consultant with NCDPI, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and Accountability, and Superintendent. He has always believed in setting goals and is unstoppable in attaining them. Throughout his career as an educator, he sees all opportunities as limitless for growth and development. His vision and philosophy no matter the project or task set before him unites teamwork and relationships as a structure for success. He challenges his peers to be strong, productive, and expect nothing less than their best from themselves and others.

Eric is zealous about making Fayetteville a place to live, work and play. He is actively involved in the arts and entertainment community in Fayetteville and has renovated and restored many buildings on Hay Street.

Rick is skilled in various financial, banking and business disciplines including small business consulting, strategic planning, finance, qualified plan design and management, real estate investment/development, construction, and the associated management of these companies ranging from Assistant Vice President to Chief Executive Officer. In late 2000, Rick left the banking world to form Firstfloor, a real estate development company specially designed to provide turn-key (financing, design, construction, management) development projects to governmental and non-profit entities. Firstfloor successfully completed several student housing facilities comprising over 3,000 beds for various university/college affiliated non-profit entities and is currently working on K-12 related projects for both governmental and non-profit entities.
