Agne Petrauskaite is Head of Franhising & Legal at Health Optimizing. Upon completing her Masters Degree in Business Law, she spent 7 years as an Associate at Eversheds Sutherland; a global top 10 law practice providing legal advice and solutions to clients including some of the world's largest multinationals, such as Samsung, Western Union and Bentley Systems. She later took some time out to reinvent her career and found her interest was peaked by franchising. In 2016, she started consulting future franchisors as part of Francorp, one of the world's leading franchise consulting firms. She supported her clients to go beyond their limits to expand their businesses both nationally and internationally. Through Francorp, she was an advisor during the development of our Health Optimizing franchise. Not long after, she joined the Health Optimizing team, as she found the mission fulfilled both her professional interest and expertise, as well as her personal passion for health and biohacking. Agne resides in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Hailing from South Africa, Bruce de Jongh is the Product Development Manager at Health Optimizing. He is responsible for projects related to new technologies, devices, and technical product development. Bruce has a Master's degree in Mechanical (Biomedical) Engineering from Stellenbosch University and has wide experience in the development and manufacturing of medical technologies.
Dr. Helen Muir (MBChB) is the Global Medical Director at Health Optimizing, and leading authority when it comes to health and wellbeing. As a recognised speaker and co-author of multiple published scientific papers, her expertise is frequently sought out at wellness and medical events.

Ferdinando Pisani is Head of Clinical Trials & Non-Profit, and is committed to redefining the medical paradigm. He considers it the greatest obstacle to human progress because it is mainly based on managing symptoms. His drive for medical advancements brought him to initially work with Barefoot Doctors in Paris. It was followed by the creation of Green Medicine International, an NGO dedicated to doing humanitarian work using natural medicine. Ferdinando later moved to Peru to study with Amazonian and Andean healers, keepers of ancient ancestral knowledge. This led him to his roles as Program Manager and International Field Coordinator for the Foundation for Alternative and Integrative Medicine, where he was devoted to seeking out and validating innovative and non-toxic medical cures from around the world. With Thomas Aksnes, he has built a bond around the shared endeavour of helping people by bringing innovation in health and healing through Health Optimizing clinics worldwide.

Hannah Kathleen Hawkshaw is Head of Brand & Communications at Health Optimizing. Her career began early, when she started a fashion blog at the age of 12 during a time when she was chronically ill. As an early adopter of blogging, she climbed her way up the ranks and went on to win "Best Fashion Blog" at the National Blog Awards of Ireland. She later founded a global brand agency, through which she has worked with a variety of clients across continents. Today, she is a sought-after speaker and brand specialist, and has been named a Top U30 Female Entrepreneur to watch by Yahoo! Finance. Her personal experience with ill health made it a no-brainer decision to become part of Health Optimizing's mission when the opportunity arose. Hannah Kathleen brings a fresh perspective to the team and is leading the development of our brand presence internationally. She is from Ireland but currently living in Norway.
Henning Swiboda is Health Optimizing's IT Manager. As a child, he was fascinated by information technology, and that curiosity lead to his extensive understanding and career in IT. Henning resides in Finland, but is originally from Norway. In his spare time, he enjoys helping people, living an active lifestyle, and spending time with his kids.
Jan Grobler is Chief Operating Officer at Health Optimizing. With over 30 years of experience, Jan is incredibly valuable and particularly well versed in business and system development, solutions architecture and high-level Management Consulting. He has an incredibly extensive business background, having managed some of the largest IT implementation projects in South Africa. He holds multiple university degrees, including an M. Phil. in Information and Knowledge Management from Stellenbosch University. Jan currently resides in Cape Town.

Roger Hovland sits at the helm of Health Optimizing as Chief Executive Officer. Roger is a highly experienced chairman and top executive with a proven track record across industries and multinational corporations. He has broad experience across all parts of the value chain of business, line, and P&L responsibility (160 reports, revenue 450M USD) and has conducted business in more than 40 countries around the world.
Through his extensive experience, he has developed an invaluable strategic, analytical, and commercial mindset, as well as an inclusive, results-driven, coaching-oriented leadership style. Roger holds master's degrees in Business Administration and International Business and has completed the International Executive Program at INSEAD, France.
He has also studied Law & Psychology and is a Certified Professional Coach. Ever since representing Norway on the national team in Track and Field when he was young, he has been searching for ways to optimize his health and discovered the best methodologies lie within the Health Optimizing concept. He has since dedicated his life to redefining the medical paradigm and realising our mission of making Health Optimizing clinics accessible to the entire population.
Our CEO, Roger Hovland, joined the mission, bringing his invaluable expertise with him to better structure for high-level international expansion.
