Jeff Herzka is the founding member of Jeffrey Herzka Litigation Support. Mr. Herzka is based in Delaware with more than 22 years of experience in the presentation of electronic evidence. Mr. Herzka has supported hundreds of trials, arbitrations, hearings, mediations and mock trials in his career.
Jeff and his experinced team have provided trial services that have included the preparation and presentation of evidence prior to and during mediations, arbitrations, jury trials, bench trials, and hearings before State and District Courts around the country, as well as the International Trade Commission and the Chancery Court of Delaware. We have also assisted clients in hearings before the SEC, PCAOB, FINRA and various State Attorney General offices.
