Holmehurst is an established residential care home currently operating with 19 bedrooms, 2 of which have been designated for double occupancy and is situated on a private road in the Denton Holme area of Carlisle... Holmehurst has been operating as a residential care home for 60 years and we benefit from a great team of very loyal staff with a low turnover meaning that residents get a continuity of care from familiar well-trained staff... To ensure that our staff and residents are safe we constantly update and renovate our home. We operate an Aid Call (Nurse call) system throughout the home, which helps alert our carers and enables them to monitor our residents at all times. We have also integrated a new fire safety system, which was implemented in September 2020.
