I am a multidisciplinary designer focused on research, strategy and user experience. I've worked with brands big and small to learn more about their customers through ethnographic research, help strategize their ideal experience, and then make sure the experience resonates with people... My favorite projects over the last 10 years solve real problems-simply-while always asking why. Some of my favorite projects were with Alphabet's Sidewalk Labs, Samsung, Southwest Airlines, Boston Scientific, Amerisource Bergin, Reebok, Subaru, Prudential, Focus Brands, American Greetings and Cox Automotive...
