With nearly two decades of experience advising clients, a foundational academic background in business and finance, and global perspective gained through travel, Aaron is uniquely qualified to develop all-encompassing wealth management strategies. Aaron had an early start to his career in financial services. At age 20, he began working as an accounting officer at a Canadian bank to fund evening classes in the commerce program at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Aaron was first registered as an investment advisor in 2001 and initially specialized in commodity futures. He has advised high-net-worth individuals and mid-sized corporations in developing both speculative and risk management strategies for equity indices, interest rates, currencies, and physical commodities in metals, energy and agriculture. Aaron has been fortunate to travel the world, and is a firm believer that travel is a valuable opportunity to develop global perspective and cultural awareness. He has a particular interest in understanding the tremendous economic growth across Asia, and has explored numerous major economic city centres including Tokyo, Seoul, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Jakarta. Aaron has also motorcycled the length of Vietnam and across North Sumatra Indonesia, and he has trekked in rural Ethiopia and Sri Lanka gaining exposure to grassroots growth in developing and emerging economies. Aaron is a Chartered Financial Analyst and graduated with distinction from the MBA program at Ivey Business School at Western University. Aaron serves as a Board Member of GREO (Gambling Research Exchange Ontario), an organization that supports evidence-informed decision making in responsible gambling policies, standards and practices to reduce the harms of problematic gambling. Outside of his career Aaron relaxes by focusing on heirloom vegetable gardening and learning to sail and improve the rigging of his small trimaran sailboat. Most importantly, Aaron spends time with his partner Julia and their young daughter Anastasia. In 2019, she proudly graduated with Honors from McMaster University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Commerce, specializing in Finance and Marketing. Avril's academic journey was marked by her outstanding leadership qualities as she was elected to the DeGroote School of Business First Year Council, while also assuming the role of Marketing Director, and volunteering with the DeGroote Women in Business Association. Following her graduation, Avril earned her securities license with IIROC, allowing her to place trades and process all requests for clients. Since 2021, she has become a pivotal team member of the Kingsmill Wealth Advisory, her knowledge and collaborative synergy with Joshua Kingsmill have positioned them as a top-performing team at RBC, consistently delivering an unparalleled level of service to their valued clients. Grace Elizabeth Coughlin

Grace Elizabeth Coughlin is a Postgraduate student in Digital Media Marketing at George Brown College, Toronto. Grace grew up in Thailand, with a bachelor's degree in communication arts with Honors, specializing in Brand Communication from Burapha University. She is proficient with Google Ads, Social Media Management and Digital Marketing Analytics certified, excels at creating and managing impactful digital marketing campaigns. Grace joins the Kingsmill Wealth Advisor team this fall as a Co-op student, where she will be focusing on developing social media strategies and content to enhance awareness and engagement of the Kingsmill Wealth Advisory practice. Outside of work, Grace is passionate about exploring the city and attending outdoor events. She volunteers with a running club and spends quality time with family and friends.
