Prior to joining KnowledgeConnect, David held a variety of positions in engineering, distribution, human resources, and research during a thirty-five-year career at Eli Lilly and Company. For the last fifteen years, he was Director of Facilities Management for the administrative and research facilities at the corporate headquarters in Indianapolis. In this leadership role, David had oversight of the outsourced FM supplier for maintenance operations, housekeeping, food services, landscaping, security and capital project delivery. David brings expertise in the areas of facilities management, maintenance, site services, outsourcing strategy and deployment. John has over forty years of international business experience. His career has been distinguished by consistent results, leadership and innovation in a variety of successful senior management roles ranging from operating start-ups and small businesses to managing large divisions of major international corporations. John is an accomplished speaker, writer and consultant in the areas of business, manufacturing and information technology. Prior to co-founding KnowledgeConnect, John held senior management positions with Gartner Group, James River Corp., Union Carbide Corp., and Empire Brush, Inc. Jack has twelve years of strategy, marketing, and business development experience. His experience ranges from large, Fortune 100 corporations to venture-backed technology startups. As Chief Operating Officer, Jack is responsible for delivering all aspects of KnowledgeConnnect's service to clients: organizing in-person sharing events, coordinating and leading client conference calls, creating and presenting benchmarks and analyses, and managing data collection and sharing. Jack has full P&L responsibility across the company's six functional areas, and oversees staffing, strategic planning, finance, marketing, and business operations. Prior to joining KnowledgeConnect, Jack held business development roles at Resonate and Meredith Corporation, where he led cross-functional teams that launched multi-platform marketing efforts for national advertisers. During his time in business development Jack consistently exceeded goals and created high-value strategic partnerships between advertisers and their marketing partners.

Kyle Price

Kyle recently retired as Senior Director of Technology Operations at Asurion. He was appointed to this position in March 2012, leading the international team charged with delivering world-class systems availability, scalability, and service to Asurion's customers and business partners. Kyle's background in the information systems industry spans more than 30 years and includes leadership positions at Verizon and IBM. His roles at Verizon include Executive Director, Production Services and Executive Director, Operations Support Services. Michelle Hollander

Michelle Hollander's professional accomplishments span the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. She has worked for both large and small companies and successfully initiated and managed several knowledge-sharing programs throughout her career. Following business school, Michelle spent a couple of years with boutique conference and consulting firms before entering the financial services industry. There she leveraged her skills and expertise to take on successively larger roles that offered a variety of operational and managerial challenges, primarily in Corporate Real Estate and Technology. Michelle was an Associate with Goldman Sachs for four years; VP with Merrill Lynch for three years; and SVP with Citigroup for 12 years, during which time she expanded her scope of responsibility from the Northeast Region to all of North America. After serving as the Facilitator of the Intelligent Automation Sharing Forum (IASF) for its inaugural year, Michelle joined KnowledgeConnect in a full-time capacity in 2021 as Director, Forum Management. Richard Gopstein

Richard is an accomplished senior executive with thirty-five years of IT leadership experience in a range of domains, including enterprise networks, traditional compute, information security, identity management, and most recently, cloud computing. He has worked in a variety of industries including semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. Richard's career at BMS spanned nearly three decades and included a number of high-visibility leadership roles. Richard began his career with a seven-year tenure at RCA Solid State Division. In 1990, Richard joined BMS and spent his twenty-nine-year career within BMS' Information Technology group.
