Plaintiff alleges that Defendants violated the TCPA by calling persons on their cell phone numbers with either an automated telephone dialing system or by an artificial or prerecorded voice message, or both, without that person ™s prior express consent. Kevin Lemieux, the person who sued, is called the Plaintiff in the Action, and the companies he sued, Henley Pacific LA, LLC, and OneCommand, Inc., are called the Defendants. Defendants deny that they violated the TCPA and contest all liability with respect to any and all facts claimed in the Action. This Settlement provides Class Members less than what they might have received if they took an individual case to judgment.
