The parties in the In re Nevsun Resources Ltd. Securities Litigation reached a settlement of the Action that resolved all claims in the Action, which was approved by the Court on February 13, 2015. Plaintiffs filed their Unopposed Motion for Order Authorizing Disbursement of the Net Settlement Fund on August 17, 2015. The Court authorized the disbursement of the Net Settlement Fund on August 18, 2015 and the distribution commenced on September 17, 2015.
