Mark is a seasoned and committed Safety and Health professional with over 15 years of experience in various construction sectors including Technology, Healthcare, Hospitality and Government. Mark's top priority is that everyone goes home. Mark is the Safety Manager for Palmer's Contracting Group and Palmers' Security Solutions, where he is focused on training, auditing, and enforcement for both organizations' Safety Programs as well as OSHA Compliance. Matt Palmer is our subject matter expert on high security doors, frames, and hardware with 10 years of experience in SCIF construction. Matt Palmer leverages leadership with his organizational and communication skills, managing office staff and field manpower of 25+ employees. Matt Palmer is our lead certified door installer along with certifications in a variety of vault doors, sound-rated window, and radio frequency (RF) shielded door systems, products, and installations.
Michael, a JMU Alumni, brings a fresh, energetic, knowledge of logistics to the PSS team. His experience with project planning and management makes him a wonderful fit for our company. His ability to establish great client relations and excellent communication skills, make for a great future, not only for PSS, but also our clients.

With his expertise, PSS is able to create and construct Modular, Mobile, and other advanced units on a highly technical level to serve our clients.

She also works hand in hand with Scott Palmer, the company's COO, to manage and oversee all projects and schedules. Her impeccable attention to detail ensures a smooth workflow and secures client expectations are met-on time and on budget.
