Andre Naslausky - COO

Mr. Naslausky served as the Managing Director of Maha Energy Brazil, an independent onshore oil and gas producer recently acquired by PetroReconcavo, where he successfully oversaw the company's concession areas in Brazil, including the Tie field in the Reconcavo Basin and Tartaruga in Sergipe. In this role, he ensured the safe achievement of production targets, implemented effective oil and gas offtake strategies, and optimized capital expenditure to deliver the best OPEX/bbl. Additionally, Mr. Naslausky led efforts to enhance production operations and facilities, streamline E&P projects, and maximize productivity and capacity. Prior to his tenure at Maha Energy, Mr. Naslausky served as a Senior Advisor at 3R Petroleum (3R Offshore), where he was responsible for production development and investment projects of substantial complexity and value. He played a pivotal role in structuring a new organization and project management office, as well as leading the technical evaluation and steering committee for the Albacora bid. As Operations Director at DBO Energy, Mr. Naslausky partnered with 3R Petroleum in a joint venture focused on acquiring and operating mature offshore fields, driving efficiency, productivity, and returns. His responsibilities included asset due diligence, scouting cost efficiency opportunities, revenue modeling, bidding strategies, and more. Earlier in his career, Mr. Naslausky showcased his leadership capabilities as the Vice President of the Drilling Group for Schlumberger, overseeing drilling operations in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. During his tenure, he managed a workforce of 3,000 employees across various services, including major turnkey projects for Saudi Aramco. Mr. Naslausky's educational background is equally impressive, with a Mechanical Aeronautical Engineering degree from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA) in Brazil, complemented by a Master's in Management for the Oil and Gas Industry from the Edinburgh Business School at Heriot-Watt University.

Charles H. Cotter

Charles H. Cotter is the General Partner of the Fifteen Talents LP a private equity investment firm who is a significant shareholder of Petro-Victory. From 2008-2012, Mr. Cotter was the founder and CEO of Biomass Energy Resources which developed proprietary torrefaction and densification technology coupled with a supply chain to produce and supply biomass-based Renewable Coal Replacement Fuel to coal-fired power plants in Europe. Prior to founding Biomass Energy Resources, Mr. Cotter was the Vice President of SAP's Global Alliance Accounts focusing on their global integrated oil & gas customers. Currently, Mr. Cotter is a sales executive at Workday Inc. responsible for targeted Fortune 500 pursuits and has served as an advisor to Workday Ventures investment portfolio companies.

Chris Cooper

Mr. Cooper is the Founder and Managing Partner of Owl Investments, where he has successfully overseen energy transition projects and identified valuable opportunities in the energy sector. Additionally, he serves as the Managing Principal of Nest Sustainable Waste, LLC, a platform dedicated to investing in energy and environmental infrastructure, primarily focusing on the responsible handling of conventional and clean energy waste streams. Before his current role, Mr. Cooper was CEO at Oilfield Water Logistics, LLC (OWL), a pioneering company in the water midstream space that provided critical infrastructure solutions to the energy industry. Under his leadership, OWL achieved remarkable success, culminating in its acquisition by an affiliate of Instar Asset Management and subsequent sale to Pilot Water Solutions, a Berkshire Hathaway company. He founded and served as Oilfield Water Lines' CEO, successfully selling to NGL Energy Partners in 2013. Additionally, he co-founded Eastern Partners, a real estate investment firm. Mr. Cooper began his investment career at Olympus Real Estate Partners, an affiliate fund of Dallas-based private equity firm Hicks Muse and worked as a consultant at Ernst & Young. Mr. Cooper holds a BBA in Finance and BA in Political Science from Southern Methodist University, and he earned an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin. His deep commitment to the energy industry is evident through his involvement as a member of the Advisory Council for the McCombs School of Business Master of Science in Finance Program and the McCombs Energy Initiative. He has also served on the North Texas Advisory Board.

Christopher Ray

Christopher Ray brings a wealth of expertise in energy investments, strategic portfolio management, and legal counsel. His extensive experience as a partner at NGP Energy Capital Management from 2003 to 2018 included serving on the firm's Executive Committee and Investment Committee, also as General Counsel until 2015, and reflects his business acumen and deep understanding of the complexities of the energy industry.

Danny Wray - CFO

As the Chief Financial Officer for Petro-Victory Energy, Danny oversees the banking, accounting, finance, legal work and public reporting functions. Danny also reviews new business opportunities and participates in the related economic evaluation and due diligence. Danny has a strong finance and accounting background including the last 8 years with global professional services firm Ernst & Young serving clients large and small across various industries. Danny also brings significant international experience having served multi-national companies with operations in Brazil, LATAM, Europe, and South Africa. Additionally, Danny completed a multi-year secondment in Brazil. Danny is a licensed CPA with a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Accounting from Southern Utah University.

George Burch

George Burch is currently president of TCL International, Inc developing projects in Latin America. He was Vice President of Sedco Inc.'s Oilfield Construction Division and Sedco's Energy Division - both of which operated globally. He founded and was CEO of service companies that operated in support of the international oil and gas industry logistics, oilfield & marine fabrication (through UAE based subsidiaries), inspection, and exploration.

Gervasio Barzola

Under the direction of Barzola, Pioneer drilled and completed over 1,000 wells in the Permian multi-reservoirs' shale. After his 22-year career at Pioneer, Barzola has advised several other prominent oil and gas companies, such as YPF, Tecpetrol, Phoenix, CGC, and Pluspetrol, on their successful Neuquén Basin Vaca Muerta projects. Barzola has vast experience in designing and monitoring subsurface technical initiatives, defining data acquisition strategies and leveraging critical information to de-risk reservoirs. His expertise and experience have allowed him to make valuable recommendations based on analogs in the USA (EagleFord/Permian) and to modernize shale production in Latin America. Mr. Barzola is a highly accomplished geologist and co-author of multiple influential papers on unconventional resources and has gained recognition for his expertise and contributions to the energy industry. With an extensive background in shale plays, Mr. Barzola has been a key figure in analyzing and understanding the potential of unconventional resources. Throughout his career, Mr. Barzola has co-authored several notable papers that have garnered attention within the industry. Some of his prominent works include "Assessing Well Performance in a Prolific Liquids-rich Shale Play - An Eagle Ford Case Study," published in the AAPG Eagle Ford Memoir, and "Eagle Ford Reservoir Characterization from Multisource Data Integration" for which he was recognized with the AAPG's John W. Shelton Search & Discovery Award in 2014. Additionally, Mr. Barzola chaired panels and served as a keynote speaker at the Unconventional Resources Technology Conference (URTEC), where he delivered presentations on topics such as well spacing in the Eagle Ford of South Texas and leveraging seismic data for reservoir characterization. His contributions also extend to international events, where he has shared his knowledge and insights. Mr. Barzola presented at the SPE Buenos Aires in Argentina in 2016, discussing key learnings from the development of the Eagle Ford and Wolfcamp Shale plays. He also participated as a panel moderator and co-author at the SPE Argentina event in 2018, focusing on the completion of design and optimization programs in the Permian Basin. In addition to his academic and professional achievements, Mr. Barzola has delivered numerous industry talks across the United States, Argentina, Colombia, and Mexico, demonstrating his commitment to sharing knowledge and advancing the understanding of unconventional resources.

Jonathon Weiss

Jonathon Weiss graduated from The University of Texas with a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering and is the Vice President of Engineering for Dynamic Production, Inc. He is responsible for all facets of Dynamic's engineering inclusive of drilling, completion, reserves and economics, regulatory and production. Jonathon has supervised the drilling and completion of over 200 onshore US wells across multiple states in his 35 year career. This includes vertical, deviated, HTHP, re-entry and under/over-balanced horizontal wells to a depth of 18,000'. In addition to his current role as Vice President of Dynamic Production, Jonathon is named co-inventor of several USPTO patents and patent applications.

Jose Andrade

Richard F. Gonzalez - CEO, Chairman

Mr. Gonzalez founded Petro-Victory Energy, LLC in 2006 and successfully led its Initial Public Offering on July 22, 2014. He has been the Chief Executive Officer for Crescent Global Oil, LLC, an international oil and gas exploration company for the past eleven years. He previously acted as the Honorary Consul of Paraguay. He was a fully registered diplomat with the U.S. State Department and, in that capacity, was a member of the DFW Consular Corp, Group of Latin-American Consuls in North Texas, the Dallas Committee of Foreign Relations (where he remains a member), and the World Affairs Council. He has an extensive history of founding and building successful companies in the oil and gas, telecom and biotech industries. Mr. Gonzalez holds a B.B.A. from The University of North Texas. He is the recipient of the 2006 President's Citation Award from the University of North Texas for his professional achievements, service and support which have brought distinction to the University. He has successfully completed Executive Education at University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, Aresty Institute. He served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Chiapas Project, an initiative led by prominent business and civic leaders in Dallas, Texas, dedicated to the mission of alleviating poverty in Latin America by fostering economic independence in women through microfinance programs.

T. Lynn Bryant

Mr. Bryant is a significant investor in Petro-Victory and as he contributes over three decades of mature and exploratory oil field development experience. Currently, Mr. Bryant is the CEO of Ridge Petroleum Inc which he founded in 1987 as an independent operator of more than 200 wells in the United States and Canada. Prior to founding Ridge Petroleum, Mr. Bryant was production operations engineer with Carless Resources subsequent to serving as a district engineer at J-W Operating Company. Mr. Bryant is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Timothy L. Dove

Mr. Dove retired as the CEO of Dallas-based Pioneer Natural Resources in 2019. Across his twenty-five year career at Pioneer he first served as a VP and EVP of Business Development followed by nineteen years in successive roles as Chief Financial Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer, and ultimately Pioneer's Chief Executive Officer. Tim also served 5 years as a member of Pioneer's Board of Directors. Prior to Pioneer, Tim held management roles over thirteen years with Diamond Shamrock Corporation and its upstream successor Maxus Energy. Mr. Dove now serves as an independent board member of Wildfire Energy and as an advisory director for Oilfield Water Logistics. He is the Chairman of the Foundation of Jesuit College Preparatory School in Dallas and is a member of the MIT Corporate Development Committee. He is a past president of the Dallas Petroleum Club, a past chairman of the Dallas Wildcat Committee and a past member of the Dream Dallas Advisory Council for Habitat for Humanity. Mr. Dove is a 1979 graduate of MIT with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and received his MBA from the University of Chicago in 1981.
