Mr. Abdul Aziz joined Phoenix Power Company in 1st November, 2015 with a background of experience of more than 12 years in Health and Safety in Oil & Gas and Power Plant sector. Mainly served in Port Sultan Qaboos, Vale Oman Pelletizing Company, POMCo (Phoenix Power Operation & Maintenance Company, LLC and OXY Oman. Abdulaziz also served as an instructor in academic field in Fire Safety Engineering College.

Ahmed Zahir Hamad AL-Abri has more than fifteen years of experience in auditing and accounting. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Sultan Qaboos University and an MBA in Finance from Franklin University in the United States of America.

Al Julandani holds a specialisation in Process Operation and Maintenance Engineering from Caledonian Collage of Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bedfordshire, UK with a target date for completion of January 2021.
Al Julandani has an experience of over 23 years including 18 in the power sector. He started with Al Rusail IPP in 2002 and then joined Barka II Power and Desalination Plant during the construction period as a shift charge engineer. He joined POMCo in December 2016 as a shift charge engineer and took over the position of Sur IPP Operation Manager in October 2019. His responsibilities include ensuring that the plant meets its availability, reliability, efficiency, generation and cost targets, safely and within strict environmental limits.

Mr. Al Maawali has over 15 years' experience in power sector, and he has in depth experience in combined cycle power plant. He worked 14 years in operation department as shift charge engineer in BARKA II power plant. He joined Phoenix Power Company in 2014 as a Commercial Manager. His responsibilities include monitoring the plant performance against approved short and long term business plan, reporting on variances against agreed performance parameters and targets, and ensuring that all statutory and regulatory obligations are met on assigned areas.

Mr Baldwin has over 30 years' experience in the Power Generation sector and a Diploma in Instrumentation and Electronics. He started his career in control systems and then subsequently worked across Asset support, Operations and Engineering and Maintenance functions.
He has extensive management experience with a successful track record of developing and leading teams to achieve positive results.

Mohammed holds a Diploma (Level 5) in Leadership and Management from the Polyglot Institute (2014), a Master of Science in Maintenance Management from Caledonian College of Engineering (2014), and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University (2007). With his strong educational background, Mohammed is well-equipped to lead PPC towards a sustainable and prosperous future.
Mohammed's expertise in power and energy was brought to the fore when he took over as Chief Executive Officer of Sur IPP, a 2000 MW CCGT plant. Before joining PPC, he served as Plant General Manager at NOMAC, where he managed Ibri 1, a 1509 MW CCGT plant, and Ibri 2, a 500 MWac PV plant. Prior to that, he was the Maintenance Manager at GHUBRAH Power and Desalination Company, and a Senior Mechanical Engineer. Mohammed's passion for the industry and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to PPC and the power sector as a whole.
