He has 18+ years experience in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Taxation and Company law with specialisation on Project finance, implementing controls, proven ability to improve operations, influence business growth and maximize profits through achievements in finance management, cost optimization and productivity improvements.

A Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India qualified in 1999 and has a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI. He is a Founder Partner of the firm having post qualification experience of more than 19 years. Area of specialisation include Audits, supervision/analysis and implementation of accounting and financial systems, advisory in international taxation and corporate secretarial services.
