Erik Bryan, Senior Project Director, has been with PSX since 2019. Erik oversees projects from design through construction and serves as the main point of contact to our clients. Erik is a seasoned professional and people-centric leader who takes a hands-on approach to project management. His calm demeanor, leadership style, and years of industry expertise leads to the successful delivery of projects nationwide. Erik's expertise is in complex audio, video and control system design and delivery. Erik has been in the Technology Industry for 19 years and has offered his expertise to projects including; Horseshoe Council Bluffs, IA., Hard Rock Fire Mountain, Sacramento, CA. and Caesars Southern Indiana. Prior to joining PSX, Erik spent 13 years with MGM Resorts International, serving as the Director of Media Technology Design, where he was responsible for audio, video, and control system design and installation. Erik brings his experience and perspective to PSX allowing us to collaborate more effectively with owners, operators and developers in the gaming, resort, hospitality and entertainment markets. Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Millikin University. When Erik is not at PSX leading and guiding our team to successful project delivery, you can find him spending quality time with his wife and two children. Some of his many hobbies include woodworking, playing guitar, riding motorcycles, and volunteering for the Boy Scouts of America.

Jeffrey Borne - CEO, President

After years of success as the National Sales Manager for PACE, a large global AV production company serving international clients that included General Motors, Microsoft, and Universal Studios, Jeffrey Borne successfully negotiated the purchase of the Sales and Installation Division of PACE and in 1996, founded PSX: Innovative Technology Solutions. Since then, Borne has successfully grown PSX to one of the leading Audiovisual Design-Build Companies in North America, focusing primarily in the amusement, casino resort, and entertainment worlds. PSX is headquartered just north of New Orleans, LA and has other offices in Las Vegas and Orlando, employing about 50+ employees nationally. Areas of expertise include design and build of pro audio, theatrical lighting, large-scale video, control systems, and special effects, representing over 300 manufacturers. Borne has Extensive Design-Build technology expertise in various markets including Gaming, Resort, Hospitality, Convention Centers, Universities, Theme Parks, Dark Rides, Sports Facilities, Museums, Retail, Dining, Entertainment, Live Performance, Entertainment and Sporting Venues around the world. He has a passion for themed entertainment projects especially when it comes to theme park and haunted attractions. As President and CEO, Borne provides executive leadership, guidance, strategy and decision-making for PSX globally. His primary focus is client and employee engagement, as well as driving results-driven change within the organization to maximize the success of the company.

John March

As Vice President of Global Business Development, John has led project development and client relationship management efforts for PSX since 2017. March brings unparalleled expertise to PSX, from his work on the Lunar Orbiter and Voyager with NASA, to numerous World Expo Pavilions, Lotte World, The Festival Fountain and Atlantis Fountain at the Forum Shops at Caesars, E.T.'s Adventure at Universal Studios, Florida and Los Angeles, to world class attractions for Disney. In total, March has delivered more than 50 Theme park, museum, and world expo projects over his career throughout North America, Italy, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, and more. March has an eclectic educational background. He graduated Glendale College in Electronic Technology, Graduated Barstow College in Applied Physics, attended Cal Tech in Management of Technical Personal, attended Cal Berkley in Astronomy, Graduated American Management Association in Management, attended Life Bible College in Theology. March has written several articles on technology in attractions for trade publications and worked with Monte Lunde in the Founding of the TEA (Themed Entertainment Association). March has also been a guest speaker at IAAPA, International Gaming Conference, TILE in Europe, as well as ASTM and AAM.

John McGovern

John McGovern, Director of Engineering, has been with PSX since the company's inception in 1996. John is responsible for the innovation, design, programming, installation, oversight, testing and commissioning of audio, video and control system projects. John's expertise is in audio; specifically, projects and systems that are large-scale and have highly complex Digital Signal Processing. John guides our clients and our team from system concept, design, installation, to final audio system testing, commissioning and tuning of each sound system. John takes a hand-on, client-centric approach to ensure the success of each project, with a goal of exceeding our client's expectations. John has been in the Technology Industry for more than 40 years and has offered his expertise to numerous projects including; The post-Katrina renovation of The Mercedes-Benz Superdome, The Smoothie King Center, Harrah's New Orleans Casino, The Earnest N. Morial Convention Center, Harrah's Casino Atlantic City Convention Center and DSP Reprogramming for The Venetian Resort, Las Vegas Ballrooms and Meeting Rooms. John holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Southeastern Louisiana University and has certifications in QSC Q-Sys, Peavey MediaMatrix, BSS London Soundweb, Symetrix Symnet and Bose Control Space audio platforms. When John is not innovating at PSX, he enjoys outdoor activities including motorcycling, offshore powerboating, engine building and electronics.

Marie Borne - CFO

Marie Borne, Director of Finance & Human Resources, has been with PSX since 2000. Marie, a highly regarding industry professional, leads our finance, accounting and human resource teams. She provides the utmost care and attention to detail to each person and project that she touches. Marie is the guiding force and voice of reason for our business. She is an integral part of the day-to day success of PSX's business operations. Marie brings decades of successful finance, accounting and human resource experience to PSX. Before joining the PSX team, Marie held key positions as Chief Administrative Officer, Director of Community Services, and Grants Administrator for Lafourche Parish Council. She also held positions as Accounting Manager and Grant Writer for South Central Planning and Development Commission. Marie has also been a small business owner in the offshore marine industry, and she brings this sense of ownership to everything that she does at PSX. Marie literally touches each and every project that PSX delivers. She takes pride in being a people-focused leader that builds relationships with our team members, clients, vendors and partners, who have all come to know and respect her at the highest level. In addition, she has a wicked sense of humor!

Scott Miller joined the PSX team in 2020 as Senior Project Director based in Orlando, FL. Leveraging his systems and media technology experience with a vast network of clients and partner relationships, Scott is responsible for project oversight along with diversified market sector growth. Scott brings a strategic focus and proven track record for transforming ideas into growth-driven improvements through technology, business development, and relationships. His diverse experience ranges from directing market development for a world-class commercial LED lighting manufacturer to starting a business and growing it into a highly successful advertising specialty company, partnering with iconic brands such as Igloo Coolers, Weber Grills and Samsonite Luggage. Scott is a graduate (and mildly obsessive fan) of The University of Alabama. When he's not working, he's likely spending time with his family in, on, or under the water.

Steven Fisher

A 30-year veteran of the Technology Industry, Steven Fisher joined PSX, Inc. in 2019 as Vice President of Global Business Operations to lead the strategic growth and direction of the business at an international level. Previously, he was Vice President at two international industry-leading Technology Design Consulting Firms. Fisher brings decades of success, innovation and leadership to PSX. "My philosophy for Technology Design and Build is simple; Listen, Collaborate and Deliver," says Fisher. "My goal for every project is to innovate within our client's budget, meet our client's schedule and exceed our client's expectations." As an accomplished international business leader, Fisher has led the delivery for many of the largest and most complex technology projects globally, including projects in Africa, Antarctica, Asia, Australia, Europe and North America. His project experience includes Hospitality, Resort, Gaming, Theme Parks, Location Based Entertainment, Destination Retail, Theaters and Performance Venues, Museums and Science Centers. Fisher's international clients include projects for Universal Creative, Walt Disney Imagineering, Google, Uber, Wynn Resorts, MGM Resorts International and The Smithsonian. Steven is a graduate of Louisiana State University's E.J. Ourso College of Business, Rapport Leadership International, and is a member of Vistage International, IAAPA and the TEA.
