Martin lives on the Roseland with his wife and three daughters. He joined the Practice in 2020 to meet the growing demand in the area for a comfortable stable alternative to dentures. He regularly runs training courses and mentors other dentists who wish to provide implants for their own patients.
He has previously held advisory roles with the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), the General Dental Council and the International Team for Implantology. He is currently an advisor to the British Dental Association's Indemnity division. He is a current member of the WHO's Global Workforce Education Hub and the Wessex Academic Health Science Network.
Away from dentistry, Martin is a Pentathlon GB international athlete who holds British titles in Triathlon and Laser Run. He regularly competes abroad with the GB squad and in 2019 led his category teams to gold medals at the European and World Championships.
