We truly believe this is a major advantage as we are faster to respond, have more of a vested interest in the community, know the local building codes, inspectors, and regulatory standards - thus resulting in faster and more efficient service. We have more at stake with our neighbors and local community to provide excellent work as our reputation is on the line. Most important we are here to stay for the long run.
