With a sharp understanding of shifting consumer behaviors and beauty trends, Dianna offers insights that help brands stay ahead in an ever-changing market.
Dorrit joined Semantiweb a year ago and holds a BS in Arts Management & Marketing from Indiana University and an MS in Marketing Analytics from Rochester. She has led 20+ projects for Beauty and Healthcare brands and is fluent in English, Chinese, and Korean. Outside work, she's a beauty micro-influencer and a proud Shiba Inu parent.
Lebanon native Senior Analyst Haya Abdel Rahman has joined Semantiweb after a dual Masters in Economics and Luxury & Fashion Management. Her keen eye for esthetics and trends, coupled with her analytical skills and fluency in Arabic, French and English is a precious asset in decoding the Middle Eastern FMCG markets.
With over 15 years of experience, Jade has held leadership roles in top international beauty companies, managing leading skincare brands across local and regional markets. She has developed strong expertise in both the Latin American and European consumer landscapes.
Julie-Anne, our fragrance expert, holds a Master's from ISIPCA and has worked at Givaudan and Mane. With experience in both FMCG and Luxury at Unilever, L'Oréal, and LVMH, she specializes in brand strategy, consumer insights, and marketing development. Her passion for psychology and curiosity make her a key asset in societal and exploratory studies.
Julien Diegues specializes on brand platform support and helps L'Oréal accounts set up and maintain their workspaces on tools such as Talkwalker and Radarly. He supports L'Oréal Canada and L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty optimize social data output and seamlessly integrate it into brand strategy decision.
After a dual career path btw beauty marketing at L'Oréal and consumer-centric startups in North America, Laura Levy joined Semantiweb in Paris as an Associate Director to lead the beauty division. She and her teams support major international beauty groups in understanding consumers in strategic markets like the United States, China, and France.
Mario joined Semantiweb 6 years ago and holds a BS in Physics from NYU. With 8+ years in marketing, he has led 100+ projects for Health and Food brands. Fluent in English and Spanish, he excels in cross-language projects. Outside work, he enjoys sports, gaming, fitness, and his dog, Obi.

He puts his extensive experience with social data tools and leading FMCG client monitoring at the service of advanced and tailor made tracking projects for brands.
Senior consultant Natacha has been bringing her expertise on trends and consumer profiles since 2021. Natacha excels at developing impactful digital content strategies based on granular consumer insights, and as a French-Brazilian binational, she adds a unique cultural perspective, seamlessly blending knowledge of Western and LATAM markets.

Savanna joined Semantiweb 2 years ago and holds a BS in MIS & Leadership and an MBA in Marketing from Binghamton University. She has led projects for Global Beauty and Food brands and works across countries with her English and Spanish skills. Outside work, she's training to become a certified yoga instructor and enjoys soccer, reading, writing, and baking.
Sonia is the co-founder of Semantiweb. After working for 15 years in the telco industry, she decided to turn her passion for consumer insight into her next endeavor with the creation of Semantiweb. 13 years later, she still instills her curiosity and passion for consumers into each of Semantiweb's project.
Sophie heads up the ratings & reviews department and is responsible for client dashboard management, as well as ad hoc requests. A veteran of consumer insights, Sophie injects her know-how on data tagging and consumer need gaps to provide context & nuance to client projects and articulate actionable findings for them.
With over 15 years of professional experience in marketing, strategy, and digital within French service companies, Tiphaine started collaborating with Semantiweb in 2013. Over the years, she has led more than 100 projects across various industries and countries. In 2023, she took on the responsibility of developing accounts in the Services industry
Virginie Barbieri began her marketing career at SFR (Altice), developing expertise in consumer marketing and new technologies. She later co-founded co-founded with Sonia Lecommandoux Semantiweb, a leading social listening agency. A strong advocate for women in business, she co-hosts the Pinkies podcast, giving a voice to women thriving in male-dominated fields.
Chinese native Senior Analyst Yiying Bao has joined Semantiweb after a business degree from EM Lyon and Shanghai University of Business. She supports our international clients through in-depth knowledge and cultural nuance on rapidly evolving societal topics in Northern Asia region.
