Well ….. Where do we start ?? Its been a while now so our memory may have faded a little. It may sound like the start of a joke, but there was a Polish, Australian & Italian who came together for a love of all things food and coffee to give you Spargo's Café + Bar. We have been part of the Westfield Marion Entertainment Complex since 1997 and to this day, we still have the same love for food and coffee, although there seems to be a lot more eating... We love to support our state and local community. With Coffee roasted locally by Brasilla Coffee and fresh produce from our local supplier at Franco's Fruit & Veg, we believe in supporting as much as we can in SA. Even our wines are all SA born and bread !!! With a focus on healthy eating and healthy options we haven't let the sweet tooth pass us by with a huge range of Gluten Free, Raw Vegan & Refined Sugar Free Cakes home made by our very talented local pasty chefs.
