Liam has spent most of his career working in poultry production in Ireland and the UK, latterly being a livestock manager for a poultry integrator, before setting up St David's Poultry Team, over twenty years ago. Liam has developed the organisation to what is today, the leading and largest commercial poultry practice in Ireland, that cares for the majority of broiler and layers in the country, and provides an extensive range of products and equipment. In 2019, Liam was the winner of the Intensive Livestock Production category, at the Animal Health All Star Awards.

Rebecca qualified from the University of Liverpool in 2012. She became interested in poultry as a student and undertook a research project studying the effects of Infectious Bronchitis on the reproductive tract of laying hens. Following graduation she worked in mixed practice before joining St David's Poultry Team Ireland in March 2013.
