A. Lee Hunter

Job Titles:

Dr. Hunter is an orthopaedic surgeon with a special passion for elbow surgery. He holds multiple U.S. Patents for a surgical arm positioner used exclusively for surgery on and about the elbow. The device is used by orthopaedic surgeons throughout the world and is featured in surgical textbooks and journals. Dr. Hunter earned his Bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University and his medical degree from University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the Campbell Clinic, and earned his MBA from University of Tennessee.

Carson D. Strickland

Dr. Strickland was born in Dalton, Ga, and ultimately was raised in Columbus, Ga. He attended the University of Georgia where he received degrees in Biology and Psychology. Dr. Strickland subsequently received his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine in Savannah, Ga, where he graduated in the top of his class and was selected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society as a third-year medical student. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Tennessee-Campbell Clinic in Memphis, TN, followed by an additional year of foot and ankle subspecialty training at the OrthoCarolina Foot and Ankle Institute in Charlotte, NC. Throughout his training in residency and fellowship, he has participated in the care of athletes at all levels from youth to professional sports, including the University of Memphis, University of Charlotte, and Davidson University, as well as professional teams including the Charlotte Knights, Charlotte FC, Carolina Panthers, Memphis Redbirds, and the Memphis Grizzlies. He has authored and published multiple journal articles, and he currently has a research grant through the AOFAS studying the role of nitinol memory shape staples in the treatment of Lisfranc and midfoot fracture dislocations. While Dr. Strickland takes care of all foot and ankle disorders, he is especially interested and trained in total ankle replacement, hindfoot deformity correction, charcot foot and ankle reconstruction, minimally invasive bunion and forefoot procedures, ankle arthroscopy and stabilization. He also practices general orthopaedics and fracture care. In his spare time, Dr. Strickland enjoys spending time with his wife Klaire and their two daughters. He enjoys playing golf, craft beers, and is an avid University of Georgia and Atlanta Braves sports fan.

Dr. Christopher M. Loftis

Dr. Christopher M. Loftis is a fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in shoulder surgery. Dr. Loftis grew up in Nashville, TN. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Harding University in Searcy, AR in 2012. He was selected to the Alphi Chi Collegiate Honors Society during his time there. He received his medical degree from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine in Memphis, Tennessee in 2016. There he was elected to serve as a member of his class leadership. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Missouri where he was selected as Administrative Chief Resident during his final year. For subspecialty training in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery, he completed an additional fellowship at the prestigious Texas Education and Research Foundation for Shoulder and Elbow Surgery in Houston, TX under Dr. T. Bradley Edwards. Dr. Loftis has published multiple journal articles, book chapters, and surgical videos. He has presented research in shoulder and elbow surgery at national meetings. Dr. Loftis has a focus on shoulder and elbow injuries. He sees patients of all ages, treating conditions such as rotator cuff injuries, arthritis of the shoulder, rotator cuff tear arthropathy, shoulder instability, labral tears, biceps tendonitis, elbow arthritis, elbow stiffness, as well as fractures of the shoulder, upper arm, and elbow. In his spare time, Dr. Loftis enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, running, and hiking in National Parks. He enjoys being an active participant in his church and community.

Dr. Jacob Fleenor

Dr. Jacob Fleenor grew up in the hills of Rogersville, TN, and met his wife, Kaitlyn, while he attended college at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Following graduation, Dr. Fleenor spent time as a high school chemistry teacher in his wife's hometown of Morristown, TN, for one year. He then attended the Quillen College of Medicine in Johnson City, TN, where he earned his MD degree. Upon finishing his medical school training, he and his family moved to Temple, TX, for four years, where he completed training in ophthalmology. He served as chief resident for Baylor Scott & White Ophthalmology in 2021-2022. He is proud to serve the city of Columbia with Columbia Eye Physicians. Dr. Fleenor is glad to take care of all eye problems, including cataracts, dry eyes, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic eye exams, and more.

H. James Wiesman

Job Titles:

Dr. Wiesman is an orthopaedic surgeon, specializing in arthroscopy, hand and foot surgery. He obtained his undergraduate and medical degree from Vanderbilt University. He went on to complete a Residency at Harvard University in Boston.

J. Fredrick Wade

Job Titles:

Dr. Wade is an orthopaedic surgeon, specializing in knee and hip replacement and surgery of the spine. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Auburn University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He then received his Medical Doctorate from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine. He did his internship at the Carolina Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, and later completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery from the same institution. There he was awarded the Outstanding Teaching Resident Award.

Jonathan R. Pettit

Dr. Pettit is an orthopaedic surgeon, specializing in sports medicine and arthroscopy of the shoulder and knee. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University, and his medical degree from University of Kentucky. He completed his internship at University of Kentucky, and his residency in orthopaedic surgery at University of Tennessee Chattanooga.

Randall L. Davidson

Dr. Adams is an orthopaedic surgeon, specializing in surgery of the shoulder and sports medicine. He received a degree in Microbiology at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He graduated from the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences in Memphis in with high honors. His internship and residency were completed at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Scott W. McCall

Dr. McCall is an orthopaedic surgeon, specializing in sports medicine and knee replacement. He earned his Bachelor's degree from the College of William and Mary, where he graduated cum laude. He earned his medical degree from University of Tennessee, graduating with high honors. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the Campbell Clinic in Memphis.

Stephen Dryden

Dr. Dryden is an ophthalmologist who specializes in eyelid, upper face and eye socket surgery. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas and the University of Texas Medical Branch, where he was also elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honors society. He continued his medical training in Memphis, completing his internship at Methodist University Hospital and residency at the University of Tennessee Hamilton Eye Institute. While completing his two-year oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship, he was appointed to the clinical faculty at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center Hamilton Eye Institute, where he also served on the medical staff at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and as a team ophthalmologist for the Memphis Grizzlies. He is married to his wife Jessica and proud father of two lovely daughters.

Zachary K. Pharr

Dr. Pharr is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, elbow, hip and knee, fracture care, shoulder replacement, as well as UCL repair and reconstruction, also known as Tommy John surgery. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Lipscomb University. In the top of his class, he earned his medical degree from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine in Memphis. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the Campbell Clinic where he served as a peer selected Chief Resident during his final year. For subspecialty training in Sports Medicine, he completed an additional fellowship at the American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham, Alabama with Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center, assisting with team orthopaedic coverage for the University of Alabama 2020-2021 National Champion football team.
