TRES - Key Persons
When chef Makoto Ogasawara came to the U.S. from Japan in the 2000s, he worked at a tour company for Japanese visitors. While he worked, he found that one crucial part of Japanese cuisine, with widespread popularity in Japan, was yet to be discovered in America: Japanese-style sandwiches. Ogasawara founded Sandwich House TRES on November 1st, 2014, and has since managed the shop, serving their famous delicacies.
