Jennifer is responsible for the portfolio of technologies used throughout our organization and supported by the AIS teams. Before joining UDAR and AIS, Jennifer served in many technology leadership positions at Sutter Health, including VP IS Client Services and CIO, System Office and Freestanding Businesses. During her tenure, she led numerous technology-dependent transformational initiatives as well as launched and co-chaired the DEI Employee Resource Group for Cognitive and Intellectual Abilities. Jennifer's servant leadership passion extends into her volunteer roles as Vice Chair - Best Buddies International, Sacramento Chapter Advisory Board, and Finance Committee Chair - Winters Health Foundation Board of Directors.

Kim Kincannon (she/her/hers) is Assistant Vice Chancellor and Chief of Staff in the Office of the Vice Chancellor of University Development and Alumni Relations (UDAR) at the University of California, Berkeley. In this role, Kim works closely with the Vice Chancellor on a wide range of projects in support of UDAR's mission and goals. Kim serves as a strategic advisor to the Vice Chancellor, guides the day-to-day operations of the Office of the Vice Chancellor, and facilitates efficient coordination and collaboration with partners within and outside of UDAR. Kim started her career at Berkeley in the office of International Relations and later joined the Principal Gifts team. Previously, she held positions at the Asia Foundation, the Institute of International Education, and as an English teacher in Indonesia and Hungary. She holds a BA in International Management from Claremont McKenna College and a Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco (USF). Leti is a leader in transformational higher education philanthropic partnerships, often in the form of cross-cutting, multidisciplinary initiatives. The Principal Gifts & Strategic Initiatives team collaborates with a wide range of academic and program leaders and works with the world's leading philanthropists to achieve their vision through partnerships with the university. Over the last 20 years, Leti has led philanthropic development efforts at Cornell University, UCLA, and now UC Berkeley. Leti is also the President of SIGAP, the Strategic Initiatives Group for Advancement Professionals. SIGAP is a national community organized by and for fundraising professionals dedicated to securing transformational support for large-scale institutional priorities and interdisciplinary initiatives.

Loraine Binion (she/her/hers) is the Executive Director of the Finance and Administration (F&A) unit in Advancement Operations in the University Development and Alumni Relations (UDAR) department at the University of California, Berkeley. Loraine also serves as Treasurer of the UC Berkeley Foundation and Treasurer of the Berkeley Endowment Management Company, the investment management company for the UC Berkeley endowment. The F&A functional unit consists of the following groups: Gift and Investment Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Facility Services and Administration. In addition to managing the activities of F&A and serving as Treasurer of the two other organizations, Loraine is active helping with the development of alternative philanthropic investment vehicles to benefit the campus. Before coming to UC Berkeley, Loraine held several senior finance positions, including 18 years at Levi Strauss & Co.

Nancy Lubich McKinney

Nancy '82 began her advancement career in 2004 as Berkeley's director of stewardship. Since then her responsibilities have increased incrementally, and she's now responsible for gift agreements, gift acceptance, gift processing, gift accounting, donor acknowledgment and recognition, stewardship reporting, compliance, data management, institutional reporting, data analytics, technology, talent management, budgeting, business operations, and facilities. She is a past president of the Association of Donor Relations Professionals (ADRP). Prior to her advancement career, Nancy had an 18-year career at Bank of America that spanned internal management consulting, credit risk management, and procurement. In the 1980s she led the bank's exploration of applications of artificial intelligence. Nancy is a product of the University of California. She earned her MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), her undergraduate degrees in math and business from UC Berkeley, and her parents met at work at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). She's been an active alumni volunteer at UCLA, Cal, and her high school and has served on the boards of the Cal Alumni Association and Haas Alumni Network. Nancy is a third-generation native San Franciscan. She collects fine art photography, purple art glass, hand fans, biographies of the first ladies, and cookbooks.

Additionally, she has practiced in the areas of corporate law and commercial real estate law.
