We will have SUPS at the beach and Kayaks at the beach for all to use. We will have community pedal as well as electric bikes and even a few golf carts for all to use to do local shopping and dining out, and potentially a few cars for owners to use once a week or car rentals. We will have a van service to pick people up at the airport, or an interconnection of the bus, do Costco runs with or without you, Todos day trips and LaPaz daily trips. Our goal is to make it so you do not need to own a car. For those who do want their own car or have a rental car, there will be premium parking that will be underground or affordable spots across the street if a person does not want to use our fleet of electric bikes, golf cars and so on...
