Christopher Rober is candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada with years of experience working at York Simcoe Appraisals. Christopher is a graduate of the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree. Currently, Christopher is studying to receive his CRA and AACI designation through Seneca College and the Sauder School of Business at UBC.

Jennifer is an active Candidate Residential Appraiser Proudly Serving York Region, South Simcoe County, West Durham Region & Toronto. She is a member in good standing with the Toronto Real Estate Board since 2008. Jennifer earned her B.Sc. in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University in 2003, her Certificate in Project Management from Humber College in 2004, and her Real Estate Salesperson License in 2008. Jennifer is currently completing her CRA designation through the University of British Columbia, and she is a Candidate Member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
Kelly is a Candidate Member in good standing with the Appraisal Insitute of Canada since 2017 and is currently working towards her CRA designation. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster University. Kelly has experience appraising a wide variety of residential properties including waterfront, rural, acreage and estate residential properties.

Yan (Lily) joined York Simcoe Appraisals Corp in 2016 after graduation from Seneca Collage-Real Property Administration Program. Ms. Lily focus over the past 7 + years has been on appraising a wide variety of different property types (including waterfront property, multi-plex, rural and agricultural property, industrial property, commercial property, luxury estate residential properties). She was granted the CRA designation in 2018 and the AACI designation in 2022 by the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Whether for financing, estate settlement, purchase, sale or marriage / separation purposes, Lily looks forward to providing you with the excellent service that you expect and deserve.
