Adrian Wooder, Production Manager - a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and holds an Advanced Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace, and Astronautical Engineering. He has over 5 years' experience working as a technician both with the British Army working with aircraft and with Hitachi Rail Europe working on trains. He then moved to Global Aerospace Logistics where he worked as a Crew Chief for 2.5 years. Adrian is constantly improving the manufacturing processes, ensuring reliable OTIF and Quality.
Sarah Rodgerson, Managing Director - an alumni member of The Oxford University, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses UK programme, providing high-quality, practical education and business support to leaders of high-growth small businesses. She is also a graduate of Bath University's Productivity through People Course in Empowering leadership, Process innovation and improvement, Working in partnerships and aligning the business and communications. Sarah has 30 years Managment and Marketing experience.
