Tenant of Broadway Park Housing Association (BPHA) since 1998. Retired with grown up son and daughter. Previous Board Member of BPHA for 9 years until 2009 including serving as Chairman for 3 years.

Liz Lees

Currently employed as a Chartered Certified Accountant for a local accountancy firm. Prior to raising four children, was employed full-time as a financial manager with Marks and Spencer working throughout the UK and later spent several years overseas in France, Germany and the USA.

Michael Owen

I am a partner for a south coast firm of solicitors and have specialised in housing management law for over 20 years. I have previously advised tenants and private landlords but for the last 18 years have advised social landlords. I am passionate about the sector and have known and worked with Sandbourne and its previous organisations for many years.

Steve Hayes

Started work as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor from school in a private housing building company then served as Police Officer. Worked in Social Housing for the last 40 years starting at the reception desk on the Council Estate he was brought up on. Worked in both Local Government and Housing Associations. Retired as CEO of Sandbourne in 2019. Has served on the Board of Willow Tree Housing since 2020.

Yogesh Vadgama

I began my career as a Building Surveyor in London. I have acted as a client and contractor for a number of registered providers in London, Bristol, Bournemouth and Hampshire and overseen a variety of projects from quality assurance, risk management, inner city regeneration, development, and strategic planning. I am currently the Head of Asset Management at Magna Housing Limited delivering a new Supply and Investment Strategy aligned with Customer Experience and Service Transformation.
