It was founded in 2003, by Richard Hatfield, S.E., P.E., who serves as the firms' managing principal. Mr. Hatfield grew up in a family of brick masons and had the opportunity, early in life, to learn and understand the value and importance of hard work. While working as a brick mason, Mr. Hatfield developed an enthusiasm for bringing a project to life from a set of construction drawings.
