Beth Copsey

From strategic marketing solutions to the creation of interactive campaigns, Beth believes every community has a story just waiting to be told. She capitalizes on the unique aspects of each club and resort through "re-branding" efforts utilizing online viral marketing, public relations, and key networking events. As an advertising account supervisor with more than ten years of agency experience, Beth headed up marketing for a Fortune 250 company's luxury real estate division - working on multiple communities in the southeast and southwest. To better understand the relationship between real estate sales and marketing, she spent two years "on-the-line" and earned "Sales Person of the Year" for the most revenue generated by a single second home/luxury agent in the country. Her prior advertising agency experience includes clients such as the Jacksonville Jaguars, McDonald's, and the Florida Film Commission. She led an agency team that successfully convinced the NFL to bring Super Bowl XXXIX to Jacksonville, Florida. Before advertising, she worked as a producer, reporter, and anchor for both ABC and FOX news.

Bill Houle

Private clubs and resorts are ultimately only as successful as their sales teams. After fifteen years of working with luxury communities across the country, Bill believes that the proper training, managing, and motivating of a sales team is the foundation for success. His programs are customized for each project and incorporate strategies for effective correspondence, experiential touring, database management, and most important, relationship building. During his own career in sales, Bill helped launch a national division for a Fortune 250 resort and real estate developer. He worked on envisioning communities including branding, marketing strategies, and amenity and price-point planning. Hiring, training, and managing multiple teams across the country, his leadership efforts yielded more than $800 million in pre-construction revenues in Florida, California, and Nevada. Bill credits much of his success to his Marine Corp and martial arts training (he was inducted into the World Martial Arts Hall of Fame), which he incorporates in his teaching techniques.

Steve Moran

With more than 25 years of experience in art direction and project management, Steve's career has included award-winning work for four advertising agencies. He has been honored with several Addy Awards including "Best of Show" for a United Way campaign that far exceeded its fundraising goals. Steve specializes in creating client campaigns from start to finish - brand development, logos and brochures, print ads, event marketing materials, and commercial and video production. He organizes and directs photo shoots, coordinates all print production, and collaborates with copywriters and web programmers to produce effective results. Steve has worked with national luxury developers including East/West Partners and Lowe Enterprises. Retail accounts include Winn Dixie Supermarkets, Alamo Rental Cars, Swisher Cigars.
