Dr. Raghavendra Prasad obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering in 1998 from University of Mysore and Master's Degree in Industrial Structures from Visvesvariah Technological University, Belagavi in the year 2001. he has been awarded Ph.D. (Structures) in the field of Structural Engineering in the year 2017 Visvesvariah Technological University, Belagavi.
Dr. Prasad pursued his passion for teaching by mentoring students at GSSS Institute of Engineering & Technology for women in Mysuru where he was an Assistant Professor. He founded the consultation firm RPV Consultants, Mysore, in the year 2001, offering structural Consultation services. Dr.Raghavendra Prasadheads BhamysConstruction Pvt. Ltd., which was formed along with Mr. Mallikarjuna D.S. in the year 2010 and has possessed with a working experience of more than 25 years.
Mr. HMV Sastry obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering in the year from Mysore University & completed his PG Dip. in Engineering & Management from Andhra Pradesh Productivity Council and obtained Office - Management, Etiquettes & Manners, Personality Development from Delhi School of Management. Mr. Sastry has over 37 years of experience in MECON Ltd., (A Govt. of India Enterprise), a premier of India's front line Engineering Consultancy Organization offering full range of services, required for setting-up of project from concept to commissioning including turnkey execution. Mr. Sastry superannuated as Executive Director. Presently: soon after retirement; he is associated with M/S Bhamys Constructions Pvt. Ltd., in the capacity of Director Technical and extending active services. He has wide range of experience of Designer's supervision, Project Management of large scale projects in Industrial Structures, Infrastructures, Waste Water Management, Mining projects, Defense Projects, Cyclone Shelters, Bridge Construction & Elevated highways at both Project & Corporate levels. Specialized in setting corporate strategies and developing project management systems & policies. A leader with in-depth knowledge in construction Engineering & Management, contract negotiation & Business development. As a pro-active leader has successfully managed and commissioned challenging projects into reality with high appreciation from clients, MECON & BHAMYS Management & others.
