Brandon Grimard is the Broda Group of Companies Chief Financial Officer (CFO) that reports directly to the President. As CFO, Brandon oversees the accounting, business support, financial analysis and reporting, internal auditing, and tax functions.
Brandon is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) with a Bachler of Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Saskatchewan.

Brent Thomas joined the Broda Group of Companies in 2006 as the Logistics Manager. Over the past 30 years, Brent has gained a broad range of experience working in a variety of different capacities in diverse construction industries throughout Western Canada including mining & reclamation, aggregate production, pulp & paper, heavy civil, and as an emergency services technician.
As Logistics Manager, Brent is responsible for coordinating staff, identifying and solving logistical problems, reducing transportation costs, reviewing licenses and service agreements, and evaluating logistical performance. Considered a man that wears many hats, Brent also oversees the Quarry Division and its operations, manages materials and equipment, and has proven to be instrumental in optimizing the company's asset management system with its vastly growing fleet.

Chad joined the Broda Group of Companies in 2015 as a Project Coordinator, then quickly ascended to his current role as Business Manager to the Energy Services Division. With a well-rounded view of organizational structure, Chad maintains a farsighted approach keeping business opportunities open while maintaining and building new relationships and networks.

Russell (Rusty) Clunie is the Vice-President of the Broda Group of Companies and is responsible for the corporate governance of all the companies' operations in its multi-million dollar portfolio. With over 40 years experience in heavy civil construction, aggregate production, and the energy sector, Rusty has worked in a variety of capacities aiding to his technical experience in managing stringent delivery schedules for the successful delivery of significant projects.
Rusty is a designated Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with a Bachler of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.
