Bruce loves education and lifelong learning is part of his DNA. Another passion of Bruce's is the intersection of creativity and business. Bruce is an entrepreneur at heart and some of his most significant achievements have been launching and growing educational institutions.
He founded the organization that later became ATA college in 1994, in which he divested his ownership in 2010. The following year, he became involved with another school, Florida Academy in Fort Myers, FL. One year later, in conjunction with his partners from Florida Academy, they purchased interest in the Academy for Dental Assisting, in which he then became CEO. The Academy of Dental Assisting's name changed to MedQuest College in 2012 to incorporate the other medical programs that are offered.
He received a Bachelor's of Science in Finance and Economics from Indiana University Southeast. When he is not working, Bruce enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife Michelle and their two children. The whole family loves taking care of their babies: Sugar, their 5 pound white Maltese and KitKat, their Pomeranian.

Casandra grew up on a dairy farm. She has loved working with and being around animals since childhood. After studying abroad in Denmark, in December of 2017, she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Technology from Murray State University. Continuing on at Murray State, she obtained a Master's in Science of Agriculture with a Certificate in Veterinary Hospital Management in 2019. Also, while studying at Murray State, she discovered a love of teaching; first as a Teaching Assistant then as a Graduate Assistant. Having worked in multiple clinics, Casandra has experience with all walks of life from dogs and cats, to livestock, and exotics. Fostering animals and three fur-babies at home keep her on her toes when not working. Casandra joined the Caris team in February 2023.

Sandra is a Louisville native. She received her BSN and MPH from the University of Louisville in 1993 and
2017, respectively. She worked for Louisville Metro Public Health and Wellness for 26 years, first as a
primary care clinic nurse then as a communicable disease surveillance and investigation nurse. She
retired in 2020 to begin her second career as a nursing instructor at Caris College. She has one
Sarah Tomlinson is a U.S. Navy Veteran who graduated from ECPI University in 2019 with her Associate of Applied Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. After graduation Sarah obtained her ARDMS (AB)(Ob/GYN) and ARRT(s) registries and began work in the field as a technologist. While working, she decided to continue her education and completed her Bachelor's of Radiologic Sciences which she received in 2021. After receiving her bachelors, she took a position as a travel technologist. In 2022, she and her family relocated to Kentucky from Virginia where she began her work at Caris College as Clinical site coordinator/instructor.
She is very passionate about the field of diagnostic medical sonography and enjoys mentoring and teaching aspiring technologist.
In her free time, Sarah likes to spend time with her children, husband and her fur babies. She likes family trips to the beach and loves to craft.
