Daniel N. Chicoine - Chairman

Mr. Chicoine is currently Crescita's Executive Chairman where he oversees the business development and strategic planning functions. Since 2004, Mr. Chicoine served as Nuvo Research's Chairman and Co-CEO and was actively involved in its day-to-day operations prior to the reorganization of Nuvo on March 1, 2016. From 2001-2004, Mr. Chicoine served as the Chief Financial Officer at Cosma International, Magna's body and chassis systems group. Mr. Chicoine served as the President of PowerCart Systems Inc., a Markham-based private company that designs and manufactures battery-equipped workstations that power devices with wireless communication capability.

David A. Copeland

Private Business Investor. Mr. Copeland was the former President and Chief Operating Officer, Triam Automotive Inc., an automobile parts supplier. Prior to Triam, Mr. Copeland was Chief Financial Officer of Magna International Inc. and Chief Executive Officer of the Cosma Group of Magna. Mr. Copeland has been an advisor, investor and director in a number of private early stage companies since 1998. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant whose background includes a focus on business valuation and mergers and acquisitions.

Deborah Shannon-Trudeau

Ms. Shannon-Trudeau has over 30 years' experience in strategy, business development, commercial and manufacturing operations. Formerly, she was Senior Vice-President Licensing and International Business at Trudeau Corporation, a privately held company specializing in the design, development, and distribution of its own "Trudeau" branded kitchenware products where she pioneered the development of licensing and strategic partnerships. Ms. Trudeau is Vice-Chair of the Board and Chair of the Governance Committee of the Royal Canadian Mint. In parallel, she serves on the Board of CORIM - Conseil des relations internationales de Montréal. She is a Director on the Board of Governors at St. Mary's Hospital and served as Vice President of the Board of the Community Foundation of Greater Montreal where she continues to be involved in its development. In 2018, Ms. Trudeau became the second Canadian to serve for a two-year term as Global President and Chair of the Board of the International Women's Forum ("IWF"), headquartered in Washington D.C., an organization counting more that 7,500 women leaders active in 33 countries with a purpose to advance women's leadership. A dedicated IWF advocate for many years, she has served as a mentor/sponsor to many young women professionals and continues to serve on the Global Board of IWF as Director Emeritus. A graduate of Queen's University in Health Sciences, Ms. Shannon-Trudeau is bilingual and was recognized as a Canadian Diversity Champion by Women of Influence and as a WXN Top 100 honoree.

François Lafortune - CFO, EVP

With over 25 years of experience in the beauty and luxury industries, François is recognized for his innovative approaches in this highly competitive area. He has occupied various positions at L'Oréal in Canada as well as at the international level as Europe Marketing Director and General Manager for L'Oréal Luxe Division in Turkey. From 2011 to 2019, he is Vice-President Marketing at Group Marcelle and from October 2019 to March 2021, he is Vice-President & General Manager at ATIS; a leader in the building materials industry. Since May 2021, he is Executive Vice President & General Manager at Crescita. He is very involved at HEC Montréal. Since 2010, he has lectured in Management at the Bachelor, MBA programs, Executive Education as well as HEC International. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the HEC Alumni (2011-2014) and (2019-2022). François was recently honored by having received the HEC Excellence in Teaching Award 2015 for Lecturer. François holds a BAA and M.Sc. from HEC Montréal and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
