Joyce Edwards became the owners after working in the family business for over 10 years. Together they provided housing throughout the community for another ten years. After two decades of service, they then turned over the ownership of the company to long-term employee and family friend, Kris Thurman, who took the reins as owner and principal broker in 2008 under the new name E. L. Edwards Realty II, Inc.
