Daniel T. Slesnick is the Interim Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at The University of Texas at Austin. In this role, he serves as the financial steward of the university's resources and as the chief executive for the Financial and Administrative Services (FAS) portfolio. FAS comprises business and financial units with 1,100 employees dedicated to providing support services to the university community.
As Interim CFO, Slesnick serves as the executive sponsor for many of the university's strategic initiatives including the 10-year strategic plan, Change Starts Here. He also serves as the head of the Council of University Business Officers (CUBO) and serves on the Vice Presidents Council, University Business Council, Core Crisis Management Team, Executive Compliance Committee (ECC), and several other executive leadership groups.
Slesnick began his career as an assistant professor in the Department of Economics and was the Rex G. Baker, Jr. Professor of Political Economy before he began his administrative service to the university. He served as an Associate Dean in the College of Liberal Arts from 2007 to 2010 and was a Vice Provost and Senior Vice Provost for Resource Management from 2010 to 2019. Slesnick has a Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Washington.

Rogelio (Roy) E. Anasagasti became the university's Assistant Vice President for Procurement and Payment Services on January 6, 2020. Roy was with the Houston Community College System for close to nine years with as its Executive Director of Procurement Operations. In that role he oversaw centralized procurement functions for all goods and professional services in support of more than 70,000 students, faculty and staff. Roy was instrumental in several major initiatives including implementation of a small business program, a paperless purchasing-card program, and an automated software solution to support business workflow for all departments. Before joining the Houston Community College System, Roy held procurement roles with Jackson Health System and Miami-Dade County Government in Florida.

Assistant Vice President Tatiana Calliham serves as the Chief Business Officer for FAS, oversees the efforts of the FAS Business Services (FBS) teams, and collaborates with other senior leadership to provide solutions for their areas. The FAS portfolio encompasses a diverse group of key units on campus. FAS Business Services is a unified group that provides essential administrative support to those units. FBS focuses on providing the best service as efficiently as possible while aligning with applicable policies and standards.
