As an ICF professional certified coach (PCC), I apply strengths-based models to coaching. During the day, I am a Talent Development Manager. I've worked as a professional coach for Careerbuilder.com and Instructional Designer at Groupon.com. I hold a Master of Science in Management (MSM) and Master's Certificate from the University of Texas at Dallas' Executive Coaching Program. I am passionate about making learning and change positive, meaningful and engaging in all areas of life (i.e. work, self, and relationships). I've taken improv classes at Second City, taught ESL in Taiwan, and worked as a college advisor in Greece. My unique background builds on an appreciation for diversity and inclusion to strategically design psychologically safe environments for all who are committed to achieving growth and change.
